M&L for bricks cover of old size bricks sub class 'B' with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flet abutted with with each other with gap between adjacent bricks n.exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection compete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore with all fitting lais in trenches / pole / wall for protection of cables in repairs complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Preparing existing Black top surfces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified.

M&L applying evenly a tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumen at 5Kg/10 Sqm on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen of grade VG-30 by mechnical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2mm thick including reflecterising materials glass beads including cost of all materials labour machineries and T&P etc required for proper completion of work including all other charges. The finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per specification No 803 as per IRC painting lines, dashes, arrows and letters etc on roads, pavements and the like not exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow all as specified and directed.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder @ 4% by weight of total mix using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 300mm dia drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for of PCC 1:4:8 type D 2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes of 300mm dia with concrete after they are laid and tested; complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for solar stud cat eyes of size 132.5mm x 122.5mm x 20mm in red colours made from aluminium alloy powered by mono crystal solar panel with one high capacity Ni Cad battery and backup of 12 hours continuous light at night mounted on rod complete all as spd and directed. Make: DARK Eye/3M/TATA BP or equivalent as approved by the GE.

M&L hard core of broken bricks of gauge n exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L machine pressed precast concrete coloured inter locking paver block, rubber moulded, any shape & size as approved, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade of concrete with grey cement & pigment laid dry on sand not less than 50 mm thick, interstices filled in floors/ pathway complete all as specified. complete all as specified. Note :- Pattern and make shall be as approved by the GE

M&L plain cement concrete type B1 ( 1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, covings bed plates, and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:6 , surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for sand / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed. .
