To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) Mandating Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the Contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Improvements of Kharland Bund work of value not less than Rs.78.66 Lakhs. Cost of completed works of previous years will be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to 2025-26 price level.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work Earthwork Excavation and Embankment Combined Quantity 2127.00 Cum Cement concrete (including RCC, PCC and PSC) : 1194.00 Cum Steel works for RCC (Reinforcement Steel): 14.00 Tonne

Availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/hire basis for all works provided the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.,) for availability for this work are furnished Exempted

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.314.66 Lakhs. Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to price level of FY 2025-26(Attach Turnover Certificate issued from CA having UDIN Number)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.84.89 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc.
