PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL WATER STORAGE AT WASHERMEN SHOP AND CERTAIN SPECIAL REPAIR WORK AT BRICHGUNJ MILITARY STATION UNDER GE BRICHGUNJ SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Taking out old unserviceable CI water mains of 150 mm bore including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints complete all as specified directed

All as per Item No.1.00 here in before but CI Pipe of size 100 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay in trenches, connect joint, test and commission of 150mm dia bore Ductile Iron Pressure pipes, centrifugally cast (spun), Class "K-9" with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS-8329 in standard lenghts suitable for Push- On Rubber gasket jointing with inside morter lining and black bitumen external coating complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Necessary PCC supports for on grounds pipes will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Rate quoted is inclusive of site clearance i.e vegetation clearance/ jungle clearance etc.

All as per Item No. 3.00 here in before but DI Pipe of size 100 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth in hard and dense soil and getting out for laying of pipelines /cables all as specified and directed.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils all as specified.

Removing the surplus soil not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing and testing of CI, heavy duty, Specials of any size, radius and length confirming to IS - 1538 Part - I to XXIII: 1976 such as bends [any type, radius and angle], tapers any type [straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc], sockets, tail pieces, connecting pieces, tee pieces, single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross, [all sockets or socket and spigot or Flanged], collars, caps and plugs, ( required for shape as per site) adopters etc suitable for CI Spigot and Socket or Flanged pressure pipes up to 250mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Sluice Valve, Cast Iron body, Stainless Steel Spindle, Gun Metal Rings including Wheel for operation, Flanged and Drilled, 150 mm bore of pipe, confirming to IS - 14846, Class PN -1.6, Long Body type including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed.
