Amount

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.

On steel work

Cleaning of Bailey Bridge component from rust to give it a total rust free from steel component by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make (METALETCH or equivalent 1:1.5 (1ltr concentrated chememical and 1.5 ltr water covering areas 3.5 sqm per ltr ) with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thorougly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Delaunching of bailey bridge component such as deck slab of 190 feet span and stacking of serviceable materials separately with in a lead of 50 mtr. and Relaunching the same after cleaning with chemical and painting with necessary nuts and bolts complete.
