M&L for attending of any breakdown of standby power supply in any location, whenever required round the clock, rectify the fault and restore the standby supply within three hours after receipt of complaint of any nature ie engine, alternator, control panel/AMF pael etc complete all as directed. Note- (i) The cost of replaced spare parts will be paid and measure seperatly. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hours the penalty of Rs 500/- per hour to be imposed and amount of penalty will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and from) for all kind of necessary equipment /T&P shall be aranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M Yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically so contractor to specify the telephone/mobile No who will receive the complaint rount the clock.

M&L for opening/taking out of injector of DG set of any type/capacity /make upto 100 KVA disconnection and opening of fuel injector assembly carrying complete overhauling/servicing fuel injection system with including replacement of injector repair kit including calibration of injector , checking the allignment and making proper fuel connector and testing for smooth operation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unsv thermostat with new thermostat alongwith complete assy for DG set commection testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete overhauling/servicing of turbo charger, opening/taking out of turbo charger of DG set upto 100 KVA capacity, disconnection of air supply connection pipe etc including replacement of turbo charger repair kit, calibration testing of turbo charger system complete and re-assembling the same fitted with DG set properly in original position, checking the allignment and making all connection, testifng for smooth operation from authorised rep or service engineer from the manufacturer complete all as specified and directec.

M&L for lifting and taking out the submersible pump set and motor of capacity Upto 20 HP including column pipe by dismantling nut bolt washers and rubber packing etc including disconnecting of submersible cable complete from the sump /bore well and lowering back the pump after repairing from the pump including making electrical connection with the existing panel /starter and connecting the complete the column pipe assembly with nut bolts, washers/ packing to the existing header without any leakage complete all as directed. Note :- Rate are deemed to be inclusive for jointing of Submersible Cable , reconnecting the delivery pipe line of submersible pump sets to water mains , testing for satisfactory running & continuous flow of water complete.

M&L for repairs & Servicing of defective submersible pump of capacity upto 20 HP by dismantling the pump & removing unserviceable parts and assemble the pump properly after replacements of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- (a) The rates are inclusive of transporting the pump from bore well site to repair work shop & back to site. (b) The rate are inclusive of turning / finishing work for fixing of parts properly. (c) The replacement of unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.
