Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dresses stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in mortar 1:4, complete in walls all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. Including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement morter 1:6, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 2coats of Distempering wall with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, including preparation of new surface all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement morter 1:4 with water proofing compound, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 2 coats of cement paint over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaced with alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of new surfaces all as specified.

Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cement morter 1:3, on concrete sufaces as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparing new plastered on ceiling and applying three coats of white wash.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam haunchings, girders, bressumers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves, including supports overhangs, etc finished rough in flat surface.

Taking down old damaged existing water proofing membrane of any thickness from roof top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on horizondal or vertical surfaces by applyong oil bound bitumen primer & 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not lesss than 4 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminus aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm over RCC roof slab/ projection/ parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust dirt etc as manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, foot path, hard standing, plinth protection, bases of water tanks etc. all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

S&F false ceiling in 2 to 3 layers at any height by fixing 12 mm thick Gypsum Board sheets on frame work of GI sheet section. The main runners of 22 gauge GI sheet and cross runners of 24 gauge GI sheet must be framed to form a mesh of 50mmx50mm c/c. The Gypsum Board must be fixed to the GI frame and joint to be properly filled in with POP paste and paper tape to get a leveled smooth ceiling. Recessing of the Gypsum Board for light fixtures must be done along with extra frame work of GI sheet section to hold the concealed light fixtures etc. including cost of two or more coats to give an even shade of plastic paint on ceiling with putty work complete with designer ceiling (with part ply,laminate and cove) as directed

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) Cement concrete in surface channels and drains all as specified.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M &L for providing cement concrete type B1,1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in copings including formwork.

Removing demolished material i.e. building materials, concrete, stone masonary, debris, tree roots, trunk, branches of any size etc. to a distance of 30Km or beyond, out of premises of metropolitan area, including loading, unloading by manually or by mechanical means (JCB) and to be transported through tractor-trolly or tipper and stacking at the destination as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge during execution.

Two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion on old decorated surfaces of walls, pillasters, roof projections, facias, drops, chajjas, etc., over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty, including preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment all as specified.

M&L for two coats of Distempering wall with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty over two coats of waterproofing chemicals of make Fosroc or Dr fixit on wall or concrete surfaces with hardner and base mixed as laid as per manufacturee instructions including preparation of existing surface after complete removal of existing treatment all as specified.all as specified.

M&L for 2coats of Distempering wall with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty, including preparation of old surface after complete removal of existing treatment all as specified.

Two coats of cement based paint on walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., including necessary prepration of old finished surfaces all as specified and as directed

M&L for 50mm to 100 mm width decorative POP cornice and mounted to ceiling thickness 10 to 25mm all as specified and as directed

Removing Solar pannel of size 2x1m mounted over roof alongwith cables, earthing strips and PCC block as in foundation, keeping aside from working site and refixing the same under the supervision of rep from the concerned manufacturer for mantaining the continuation of existing guarantee period all as directed.
