RAW WATER PUMPING STATION

Labour charges for day to day operation of 5 nos. 350Kw capacity pumping machineries (max. three will be operated at a time and two will be stand by), operation of 9 nos sluice gate, 2 nos desilting pump, valves, blower and other electrical/mechanical accessories including sweeping cleaning of pump house, toilets etc. by engaging skilled, semiskilled and un- skilled personnel in all 3 shifts as per direction of EIC.

Routine and periodical maintenance of pumps, motors, softStarters, LT Panel boards, valves with actuators, sluice gates, desilting pumps, blower etc. including tightening nut bolt of sluice valve, butterfly valves, dismantling joints, non return valves etc including replacement of control fuses, gland packing of pumps, approved quality lubricants for motor bearings, pump bearings etc. as per direction of EIC for a period of 11 months.

Hiring of chain pulley block/ derrick with suitable dia rope of sufficient length and GI bucket of suitable nos for lifting the deposited sludge from the intake well manually. 2 Sets x 4 times in a year

Desludging of Intake well in Raw Water Pumping Station by providing unskilled labour including lifting arrangement of deposited soil from bottom of underground Intake well and stacking the deposited sludge outside the pumping station complete as per direction. Considering 30 Heads x 3 Days x 4 times in a year

Carrying the deposited sludge from outside of pumping station to the low level ground area outside the plant i.e. 1 KM distance by head load( unskilled labour) and stacking & spreading the same as per direction. Considering 20 Heads x 3 Days x 4 times in a year

Making arrangement for cleaning of Intake well on Hooghly River by professional driver with necessarysafety precautions along with necessary nos of filled in oxygen cylinder to carry out the work upto the entire satisfaction of EIC. 1 Item x 4 times in a year

SUB STATION

Labour charges for day to day round the clock operation of 33/6.6/0.433 KV indoor type sub station with 26.3KA, 1250A,VCB, 2MVA, 33/6.6 KV 2 Nos indoor type transformer, 150KVA, 6.6/0.433 KV 2 Nos indoor type transformer, indoor type HV and LV panels, HV panels for raw water pumps, control panels, 5Nos. 215KVAR Capcitor panel, on load tap changers including 110 volt DC trip circuit with maintenance free batteries, battery charger, indoor type 630A, 25KA VCBs, and other allied accessories including sweeping cleaning of outdoor switch yard, control room, office room, toilets etc. by engaging electrical supervisor, electrician etc. as per direction of EIC.

Routine and periodical maintenance of all indoor type LT & HT VCB panel board, cables. capacitors, transformers, battery with battery charger, CTs & PTs earthing system, all VCB, on load tap changer, tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, replacement of control Fuses and indication lamp, Cleaning of Isolators ete. as per direction of EIC for a period of 11 months.

Servicing testing and calibration of the following IDMT instantaneous and differential relays by any testing agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directt. af Electricity Board once in a year or as directed by ElC. (For 33 KV 4 Panel) A] Non directional IDMT O/C and E/F with high set relays B] Trans.Numerical relays C] All the auxiliary relays D] Bucholtz relay with alarm and trip(WTI,OTI) E] Alarm, trip and annunciator circuit F] Calibration of all meters G] VCB's H] On load remote tap changers Test results to be submitted.

Servicing and testing and calibration of indoor type 11 panel 6.6 KV VCBs including Motor feeder VCB, 5Nos.215 KVAR Capcitor panel,HV and LV panel boards,Micom realys(P-225,P-111), checking complete wiring of CT's, PT's , with insulations, checking instrumentation panels, checking cleaning of bus bars (both HT& LT feeders and the contacts by any testing agency approved by the WBSEDCL or Directorate of Electricity Board once in a year or as directed by EIC

AC MACHINE

Thorough servicing and overhauling of 1.5 ton/ 2 ton/ 3 ton capacity split/ towertype air conditioner machine by cleaning, oiling of the dismantled spare parts like cooling coil, blower motor, runner motor, oscillating motor, fan, condenser, capacitor etc for indoor and outdoor unit by supplying of chemicals, petrol, thinner etc as and where applicable and also cleaning of other spares and changing of defective spares as per entire satisfaction of the EIC. The work should be taken up once in a month or as per direction of the EIC

A printed log book must be maintained during maintenance work and signed by the concerned SAE/AE

Necessary spares will be supplied by the department

Consumable item such as chemical, petrol, thinner etc will be supplied by the agency free of cost.
