Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in F&P using clamp burnt bricks of “23cmx11cmx8cm" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. Per Sq. Cm. including immersing in water till saturation before use, Including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering and corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling of surplus excavated earth at work site by initial lead of 50m and initial lift 1.5m including cost of all labour, T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Vertified flooring tiles size 600 x 600mm of approved make confirming to IS 13756 with in floors over 20mm thick bed cement motar (1:4) jointed with neta cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royality and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials labour, T&P required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Vertified tiles in Dado of size 600 x 600mm of approved make confirming to IS 13756 with in floors over 12mm thick bed cement plasterr (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of approved quality including cost, conveyance, royality and EMF,DMF and aditinal charges of all materials labour, T&P required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suppling, fitting, fixing Unplasticised Poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) (brand-FENESTA/NCL VEKA Ltd ) threee track three panel sliding window-60 series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mmx45mmxx2.5mm for outer frame, &window sash of 39mmx58mmx2.5mm capable of mounting single glazing system structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50micron of minimum thick ness of 1.5mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window frame shall be fitted with 6mm thick clear toughened glass of SAINT GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM weathering seal resististant accessories and the system is to be installed using reinforced large coupler at the site using anchor fastener, silicon rubber sealant easy glazing/deglazing at site including cost & conveyance of materials, labour charges, accessories & product confirming to ASTM D 638-14 EN-477-95 & other applicable codes & standards etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
