Supply and filling of well gravel including cost and conveyance of gravel to work site and all labour charges for stacking them to departmental gauge at road sides for premeasurement by the departmental officers and spreading and compacting in layers as directed by the dept officers. As per clause 30 of MORTH Specification.

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material,mixing in a machanical plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to acheive the desired density,Complete as per clause 401.

Providing and laying WMM (Wet Mix Mecadam) of 250 mm compacted thickness in two layors of 125 mm thick or else as specified on the prepared sub base with graded stone aggregate and granular material of quality size and grading pasting in layor with motor grader and compaction with vibrating rollers of 80-100 KN static weight and fine dressing for required grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing equipments equipments safety measures testing and incidents necessary to complete the work as per MORT&H406

Providing and applying of Prime Tack coat using emulsion bitumen at the rate of 7 kg per 10m2 over the WET MIX MECADAM Surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it etc. complete.

Providing and applying of Tack coat using emulsion bitumen at the rate of 2.50kg per 10m2 over the Prime coated surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it etc. complete.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20mm,0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm& below and with 53.20kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all marerials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver tothe specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory /Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler,tippertrucks,paver Finisher /9m paver finisher,Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm 0.17 cum 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 46.28kgs of VG30/VG40 and plastic waste added 4.02kgs bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all marerials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver tothe specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory /Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.,including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler,tippertrucks,paver Finisher /9m paver finisher,Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.
