Earth work excavation in ordinary soil, exclusive of compensation of earth.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 with stone ballast or shingle mixing by manual means for foundation of walls.

First class burnt brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth.

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey up to 4 meters above plinth level.

First class burnt brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in superstructure.

Damp proof course 4cm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 with 2 coats of bitumen 20/30 penetration at 1.65 Kg per sqm laid hot and sanded.

20 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 in two coats work on new walls.

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of Plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete.

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Cold twisted deformed (Ribbed/ Tor steel) Bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-2008), for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including binding & bending and placing in position complete.

Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using ready mixed cement-based wall putty by applying two or more coats to get required finish.

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shade on newly plastered or concrete exterior surface.

Distempering with Acrylic washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) two or more coats over one priming coat to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade with two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing Cement Paint applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm

Providing and fixing of interior blinds zebra with all fittings complete in all respect similar to Hut No.1 and as per the directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles 1200mmx600mm over existing base using cement sand mortar 1:4 and adhesive wherever required complete in all respects with design and pattern similar to Hut No.1 and Directions-In-charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles Matt/ Semi Matt/ Glossy /Highly Gloss finish/ Highlighter/ emboss conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 450 x 310 mm as approved by Engineer-in- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing ceiling consisting of 12.5mm thick gypsum board of any size including GI cradling hanged from the ceiling by means of G.I. hanger complete as per drawings, specification and to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing face work (in building archies)with wire cut bricks of size (9”x3”x ¾”) with cement sand mortar 1:3 with ½” thick complete in all respect as per requirement of department and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Toughened Glass 12mm thick with frame work including cutting of red stone/Dhaulpur stone for framing at Dam site similar to Hut No.1 and as per requirement of department.

Providing and fixing wooden panelling using 19mm board with anti-termite treatment, putty, primer and two coats of paint of required colour complete as per requirement of department.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of 600x600mm size in light colour shades made using Full Body Technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete including grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling/grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dholpur stone tiles 25 mm thick in wall facing laid in any pattern as specified on 12.5 mm thick cement sand plaster 1:3 and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone including rubbing & polishing including labour for fixing cramps, pins & dowels etc.

Providing and fixing of 4” high Skirting with cement mortar 1:3 and adhesive, wherever required complete in all respect with design and pattern similar to Hut No.1 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm toughened glass Bathroom Partition of size 3’ x 7’ including drilling of holes, providing of clamps etc, complete in all respects as per the requirement of the department

Providing and laying anti-skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete white cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading.

Providing & fixing in position 5mm thick bevelled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved make) complete with 4mm thick hard board backing fixed in with rawl plugs 50mm, C.P. brass screws and washers and S/S Studs on top complete in all respect (as required by the Engineer-in- Charge) of size 600mmx450mm.

Providing and Fixing Double Rebate window frame of size 5” x 2.5” for two window shutters, (one shutter is of glass and other shutter is of wire gauze shutter) with Anti termite Treatment including all its joinery hinges towerbolt, handles with primer and paint complete in all respects as per Hut No. 1 or direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing Almirah of wooden and 19mm Plyboard (approx. 7’6” x 4’ x 2’) with double shutter door (approx. 5’6” x 4’) and two drawers (approx. 4’ x 1’ each) including anti termite treatment and all its joinery handles, hinges, locks etc with all sides (inside and outside) laminate of required colour and design as per Hut No. 1 or directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Almirah of wooden and 19mm Plyboard (approx. 7’6” x 4’ x 2’) with double shutter door (approx. 4’9” x 4’), two drawers (approx. 24” x 12” each), two drawers (approx. 18” x 10” each) and double shutter door (approx. 30” x 21”) including anti termite treatment and all its joinery handles, hinges, locks etc with all sides (inside and outside) laminate of required colour and design as per Hut No. 1 and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing of ventilators Frame and wooden Ventilator shutter (double Rebate) both sides of size 3’ x 2’6” including Anti-termite treatment with primer and paint of required colour (Two Window Shutters, One Fixed Glass and One opening for Exhaust fan) and design as per Hut No. 1 and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of LED Wall unit of size 49” x 49” fabricated with Wood, 19mm BWR Plyboard, Lamination Sheets, 1.5” cove on all sides of Panel with One Nos. shelf 11” x 42” and drawer 13” x 30” x 6” with lamination of required colour on the surface and design as per Hut No. 1 and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of LED Wall unit of size 84” x 52” fabricated with Wood, 19mm BWR Plyboard, Lamination Sheets designed with 2” cove on all sides of Panel with shelves (21” horizontal + 23” vertical + 60” horizontal) x 9.5”, 03 Nos. Cut Outs for Photos Display of size 6.5” x 10.5” and lamination of required colour on the surface and design as per Hut No. 1 and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing Vanity of washbasin of 46” height using BWR board, wood and lamination all over (inside and outside) of required colour, 3” thick board on top of the vanity covered with 12mm lacor toughened glass of size 23” x 36” as per design of Hut No. 1 backside toilet and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing in position Water Dispenser Top Loading (with refrigeration capacity 15 ltr) of approved make (to the approval of Engineer-in-charge) dispensing hot/cold/ambient water including cost of two no. 20 litres packaged drinking water bottles and carriage complete in all respect.

Providing and installation of Sony make LED 108 cm (43 inches).

Providing and Fixing Eco Solvent Digital Vinyl Printing on 3M Vinyl Media with Lamination on 5mm Sunboard Size 10’ x 4’ including framing fabricated with 19mm BWR ply Board and 6mm Ply Board including wooden framework for leveling of surface.
