REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF LT CABLE , LT PANEL SWITCH GEARS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT DIFFERENT SUB STATION AT SION AND COLABA AREA UNDER AFS MUMBAI UNDER GE (AF)THANE

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n,exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells cesspit, manholes, pier holes,etc n,exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5mtr in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25 cm each layer complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exe 50 M and depositing where directed not exceeding 1.50 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for spreading in trenches dry crushed Stone sand for cable protection and punning down gently by hand complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Galvanized iron steel tubing Light grade of 80mm bore with all fittings as required at site and laid in floors/trenches as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Galvanized iron steel tubing Light grade of 50mm bore with all fittings as required at site and laid in floors/trenches as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Dismantling and Taking down L.T under ground armored PVC insulated and PVC sheeted heavy duty 1100 Volts grade under ground cable of any size and description complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm, 2 core in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to wall, under culvert or in air etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Neceesary Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this BOQ.

Note : (a) Earth resistance of earth pit should be less than 1.0 Ohms on testing after completion. If the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost . (b) Earthing strip will be measured and paid separtely under reapective item of BOQ.

S& F Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm from erthing pit to Test point terminal with saddles and fixing screws etc. all as per site requirment and as directed .

Material and Labour for repairing of LT Panel of not exc of sizes 2.5 Mtr x 2 Mtr x 0.80 Mtr doors/shuttering to welding and bracing of hinges, tinkering, and replace worn out rusted unserviceable doors/compartment shutters front sides and back side lock system including replace worn out rubber gaskets/feeding of compartment doors/shutters, decorbonising of all cable terminals, Busbars (R,Y,B &N) aluminium/copper cleaning inside of panel housing with help of air belower heavy duty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for repairing of LT Panel of not exc of sizes 2 Mtr x 1.5 Mtr x 0.80 Mtr doors/shuttering to welding and bracing of hinges, tinkering, and replace worn out rusted unserviceable doors/compartment shutters front sides and back side lock system including replace worn out rubber gaskets/feeding of compartment doors/shutters, decorbonising of all cable terminals, Busbars (R,Y,B &N) aluminium/copper cleaning inside of panel housing with help of air belower heavy duty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for repairing of feeder pillar box of not exc of sizes 2 Mtr x 1.5 Mtr x 0.80 Mtr doors/shuttering to welding and bracing of hinges, tinkering, and replace worn out rusted unserviceable doors/compartment shutters front sides and back side lock system including replace worn out rubber gaskets/feeding of compartment doors/shutters, decorbonising of all cable terminals, Busbars (R,Y,B &N) aluminium/copper cleaning inside of panel housing with help of air belower heavy duty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair LED indication lamp for indication of (R,Y,B) 230 Volts including connections and taking out unserviceable indication Lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Volt meter 0-500 Volt digital type including connections and taking out unserviceable Volt meter complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Ampere meter 0-400Amps digital type including connections and taking out unserviceable Ampere meter complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repalcement of copper cable of size 10 Sqmm single core for internal connection inside feeder piller or panel from connector MCCB or MCBS or Contactor all as per existing including copper lugs for cable termination at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit heat shinkable type suitable for LT cable 1100 volt grade cables of size up to size 4 core 25 Sqmm / 3.5 core 25 sqmm cable size all as per site requirement and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.
