cleaning of hedges/ plants beds, spraying of insecticides, fungicides,

weeding, mowing and top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and

hedge clipping and removal of the garden waste as per direction and

satisfaction of the officer-in- charge (including the cost of manure and good

earth) to maintain the plants, hedge and lawns in good and healthy

conditions at all the time during the maintenance period as mentioned in
