SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ ROAD WORKS]

Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming, including supply of road metal/ aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer @ 3.00Kg/10Sqm using cationic emulsion RS1 grade over black top surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver and rolled using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following element:- (i) In case of variation in the binder content as per approved design mix in comparison with the binder content as specified above, the variation in qty of binder content on lesser side shall be adjusted through supply only rate of Bitumen VG-30. However, variation on the upper side shall be carried out by the contractor without any price adjustment.

Surfaces dressing not exceeding 15cm deep as in berms including removal all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for 75mm thick (spread Thickness) moorum/red bajri filling in road spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor/paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above GL unreinforced complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 100mm thick in sub base of floor finished even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tile 20cmX20cmX25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including cement mortar bedding 20mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of bricks work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for brickwork with old size fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over priming paint complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth course, string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating as directed

Demolition of Reinforced concrete in any position, manholes covers, drain covers, septic tank slabs etc & disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for providing precast cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain cover slab, manholes cover slab etc, set in CM 1:4 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix TMT bars 10m dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and applying road marking paint by laying of hot applied thermo plaster compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beds @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beds as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be levelled uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs metal rectangular 3M Delineator of size 100mmX1100mmX20mm, black and white strips fitted in panels at the delineators both side and fixing in PCC 1:2:4 of size 300X300X450mm including excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and as directed. Make: 3MIA510100505 or equivalent as mentioned in PS

Supply and fix in repairs road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made up of ABS/Fibber/Plastic of size 100cm dia fixed with clamps including (1No) MS pipe 75mm dia of length 2.4m duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer including demolition of old mirror post and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 45cmX45cmX45cm including returning filling and removal of surplus material complete all as specified and as directed (Make: OSCAR Model No.OS-791 or equivalent in Tata/3M/Siemens/Dark Eye)

Supply and fix Yellow two side road stud as per IS specification installed in asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30mm upto a depth of 60mm and bedded in a suitable adhesive of epoxy mortar and fixed with a suitable dia bolt in drilled hole etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Model No.RPM 290 ILC 2Y of 3M or equivalentas mentioned in PS)

M&L for Solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/ yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of any size (120 x 130 mm), (100 x 130 mm) and (125x125mm) of height 20mm with built in stem-nail 30mmx 50mm long for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, solar cells, battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours complete all as specified and directed Make: Greenlite/ Dark eye/ Ace/ Trafitronics/ Lion/ Automat
