MCEW to Repair of boundary wall with concertina coil at Jammi mosque at Hadaf, Sahibganj

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building /structure, up to 25 meter height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube, placed 1.5 meter centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Provision of cleaning jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, bush, wood trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared with all complete.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives (Two or more coats applied@ 1.43 litre/10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm With all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with all complete.

Providing and fixing M.S grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S . flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all compete fixed to openings/wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. with all complete

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of CCTV systems at Jami Mosque, Hadaf, Sahibganj along with power backup with all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of cantering and shuttering -All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) with all complete .

Providing and fixing 02 Nos Stainless steel (304 -Grade) Braille lipi C.N.B. board (Size- 400 mm x 400 mm) Matter writing in Hindi + English language with S.S. stand including Material, Engraving, Transportation, GST and labour cost etc all complete as per approval and direction of Engineer-in-charge
