Cleaning of blocked sewage line of 100 mm bore by rodding from one Manhole to next Manhole and washing through with fresh water including removing all sludge from the sewage line and man hole including removing existing Manhole cover and refixing properly after cleaning and shall be removed all sludge outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for serial item no.1.00, 2.00 & 3.00 : 1. Arrangement for removal of all sludge outside MD Land through transport or by other means shall be arrangmed by the contracor at his own cost .The rate quoted by contractor of this aspects is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 2. Rod for cleaning of sewage line and water for cleaning shall be provided by contractor at his own cost and own arrangments. The rate quoted by contractor of these aspects is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on lthis account.

Cleaning of Manhole of any description of size not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth including lifting up and removing sludge and accumulated/ semi solid sludge and other foreign material with trailor mounted sewage cleaning pumps/mechanical devices and removing to a distange not exceeding 250 mtr where as directed by Engineer- in- charge & washing down with water for smooth function of sewage complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 4.00 here-in-before but Manhole exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth & not exceeding 2 Mtr complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for serial item no.4.00 & 5.00: 1. Trailor mounted sewage cleaning pumps/mechanical devices shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and own arrangments and the rate quoted by contractor of these aspects is incuded in this item . Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 2 The rate of removing of sludge, semi solid sludge and other foreign material removing to a distance not exceeding 250mtr shall be removed by the contractor through transportation or by other means at his own cost and own arrangment and the rate quoted by contractor of these aspects is included in this item . Nothing shall be extra paid on this account. 3. Water for cleaning shall be provided by contractor at his own cost and own arrangments. The rate quoted by contractor of this aspect is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on lthis account.

Cleaning of septic tank of 500 users capacity by bailing out water, removing sludge dust mud & other accumulated solids, semi solids etc. including cleaning & sewage sludge and other materials shall be removed / deposited out side the MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 6 above but septic tank of 100 user capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for serial item no.6.00 & 7.00 : 1. Arrangement for removal , deposited of all sludge outside MD Land through transport or by other means shall be arrangmed by the contracor at his own cost .The rate quoted by contractor of this aspect is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 2. Removal of blockage from WC by using rubber cup 125mm dia with wooden handle and clearing the blockage upto manhole with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from P trap of WC (qtrs from ground floor to 3rd floor) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of blockage from kitchen / bathroom / WHB by using rubber cup 125mm dia and clearing the blockage upto gully traps with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from floor trap including dismantling and refixing of gratings (qtrs from ground floor to 3rd floor) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for serial item no.8.00 & 9.00 : 1.00 Rubber cup of 125mm dia and cleaning rod shall be provided by contractor at his own cost and own arrangments. The rate quoted by contractor of these aspects is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on lthis account.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete cover slab of Manhole / Spetic tank and removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 500 Mtr complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate of removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 500 Mtr is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material & Labour for Precast Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab of Man holes/Septic tank set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate of form work is included in this item nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material & Labour for 10 mm dia and over TMT bar cut to length, bend to shape required incl cranking bending & hooking ends & binding with and including MS binding wire annealed not. less 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate of binding wire is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Demolition of brick or stone / boulders msonary, built in cement morter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with burnt clay sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto as per serial item no 17 here-in-before but not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide , exceeding 1.5mtr and not exceeing 3mtr in depth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes , 200 mm dia (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 18 here-in-before but 150 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4: 8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed for drain pipes of 200 mm bore, laid to required slope including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Thickness of concrete bed below the barrel of pipe shall be 15 cm. (ii) Width of concrete bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets / collar) plus 30cm.(iii) Excavation , earth work , returning filling shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ.

Note:Excavation , earth work , returning filling shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ.

Material & Labour for Salt galzed Stone Ware drain pipe , grade 'A' of 150mm dia , laid in trenches and jointed including all accessories & fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Excavation , earth work , returning filling shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of schedule 'A' BoQ.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming n exc. 25 cm in layers in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus (soils) at a distance not exceedin 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel(1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement conc. 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for serial item no.1.00 to 26.00 of BoQ:- 1. All precautions to be taken by all workers while working in foul condition. Contractor shall make necessary arrangments while carryout the work and take all necessary precautions to avoid any mishappening as directed by Engineer-in-charge . 2. The contractor shall obtain and maintain , at his own cost, an insurance policy under the Workmen's compensation Act,1923, or Employee's Compensation Act, as applicale, and any other statutory requirements, for all workers employed by him on the site. This policy shall cover all liabilities of the contractor arising out of injury,disability, or death of workers during the course of employment. The insurance must be valid for the entire duration of the contract and proof of the same shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge before commencment of work.Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
