RCC work of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade Crusher broken hard granite chips including hoisting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, T & P water for curing including centering and shuttering etc. all complete as per OPWD specification required for the work to finished items of work /cum. i) Coloum Footing.

Supplying, fitting and fixing VITRIFED TILE in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with net cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete.

RSupplying, fitting and fixing KOTA TILE in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with net cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of fabricated doors and windows with angle iron frame and grills of approved design including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete.

Painting tow coat with approved paint on new work including all cost etc. complete.

Wall painting 2 coats with Plastic Emulsion paint for approved shade on new work to given an even shade including cost of paint per 1 Sqm.

Providing two coats with any approved colour Weather Coat to out side surface of wall over a coat of primer of approved shade and quality etc. including all cost, complete per 1 Sqm.
