Providing and fixing anodised aluminium doors, windows,ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. Providing and fixing anodized powder coated 80-70 micron of approved shade grills of approved pattern fined in a alunimnim cleaned in window of ventilators i/c fixing with approved pattern to existing windows aluminium screws or bolts & mails complete (Alunimium base frame to be measured & paid for seperatly) i/c carriage of materials in all leads & lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium beading for fixing of grills in existing aluminium frame of wndows & ventilators with screws etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new concrete masonry/plaster surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and sand paperingas required with: a) Paint other than white.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design(Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters.

Applying priming with cement primer coat on new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/ plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with : a) Ready mixed primer

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sqm. And under and 10 to 15mm thck includig cutting the patch n proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including dsposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within a lead of 20 mettre with: a) Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Sand)

Distempering (one coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade ,on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade, after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease dirt loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Extra for every subsequent coat of distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture Paint.
