SCH 'A' PART X (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part-II.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix energy efficient 20 watt (4.0 feet) LED integrated batten type luminaires suitable for wall or ceiling mounting with built in LED Chip and integral LED driver 20 watt, Aluminium channel housing and polycarbonate diffuser of length 1200 mm (approx.),Color temperature 6500K or as directed, CRI between 80-85, Low THD, PF-0.90 (minimum), efficiency not less than 100 lumen/watt or total lumen output not less than 2000 lumen per 20 watt, operating range 200-270V, surge protection of 2 KV,over voltage protection and other safety tests as per IS 15885 Part-2/Part-3,estimated life span of 50000 hrs with all accessories, complete with fixing arrangement, fittings shall be internally prewired and conforming to LM 79 & LM 80 standard, making all connection using 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistrand PVC insulated 3 core flexible cable from ceiling rose to fitting drawn through PVC flexible conduit complete fixed in position and connecting complete all as specified and directed. Cost of the DBs will be without MCBs complete all as specified and as directed Note - Rates are inclusive for flush (Concealed ) mounting of DB SPN .

Supply & Fixing Bracket made out of GI light grade pipe of size 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos MS clamp 50mm x 50mm and 04 sets of nuts,bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix 16 SWG CRCA sheet steel enclouser IP 43, powder coated, wall/column mounted with provision for support arrangement, earthing terminal, incoming and outgoing cable terminal etc with required hardware and fasteners with 3 pin plug and socket (two pole and earth ) with cap and chain and with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps 240 volts rated for 10KA C curve type complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Labour for cutting /boring to plinth protection/ hard standing / road etc in suitable depth to across the GI pipe size upto 80 MM dia of bore for drawn through XLPE under ground cable for giving mechanical protection to cable complete all as directed. Note - Quoted rate shall be included the cost of required material for repairing to disturbed surface all as per exisited.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Feeder Pillar outdoor type confirming of IS 5039, CPRI approval, totally enclosed vermin proof suitably ventilated for 3 phase, 4 wire 415 Volts, 50Hz, AC supply, outer sheel shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame, factory fabricated, compartmentalized inner shell shall be made of out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet for control gear. Front and back door operating with locking arrangement at front. Panel shall be provided with proper ventilation arrangement from both sides including ventilation fan etc.Protection of enclosure IP 56 with pre-treatment through 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size. Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber including necessary excavation and earth work and MS sheet cover 3mm thick and angle iron 50x50x6mm frame incluidng locking arrangements with 50mm pad lock and duplicate keys, duly painting the steel surfaces in two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified of size 1050 x1050 x1050 mm (Internal dimension) complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply nand fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 5000 ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply ,installation,testing and commissioning of monobloc pump set with copper rotor suitable for raw/turbid water application suitable for 3 phase 415 volts , capacity 700 LPM at 10mtr head confirming to IS 14220(1994) with stainless shaft , bronze bush and stamping lamination with high permeability steel for long life and increased efficiency,impeller cast iron.Insulation: B class Protection: IP 68The cap of motor in HP/KW shall be as per recommendation of the manufacturer.The cap of motor is 3HP/2.5KW or as per recommendation of the manufacturer.The motor shall be confirming to IS:9283(1994) with minimum 69% efficiency and Guaranteed Pump efficiency at design flow should be equal or greater than 65%. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel bourdon type pressure gauge dial type 0 -14 Kg/cm2 range with a stainless steel body complete including all necessary GI pipe connection fittings / cutting / jointing all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 750x 750 x 750 mm deep dimensions (Over all internal dimension) with PCC foundation, random rubble uncoarsed stone masonry walls, Plastering, PCC Coping, white washing, mild steel chamber cover, painting to chamber cover including Excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified below :- Valve chamber shall be provided with the following specifications:- (i) Cement concrete for foundation (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick extended up to 150 mm beyond the outer face of block masonry. (ii) Walls of valve chamber 230 mm thick with precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) using brick masonary setting in CM 1:6 complete. (iii) Internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamber both concrete and brick masonry surface shall be plastered with CM (1:4), 15 mm thick finished even and smooth. (iv) 50 mm thick coping in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 over brick masonry wall. (v) Entire plastered surfaces shall be treated with 3 coat of white wash. (vi) Chamber cover shall be of 6 mm thick MS sheet with 30 x 30 x 5 mm size angle iron frame with hold fast and locking arrangement. Steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic paint of first quality over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed .

SEWAGE DISPOSAL B/R & E/M

Supply, Installation, comissioning and testing of package type sewage treatment plant based on principle of aerobic attached growth non clogging randomly moving bed bioreactor (MBBR) having capacity 150 Cum/ Job day including all civil mechanical/ electromechanical/ electrical and other miscellaneous works as specified hereinwith and particular specifications so as to achieve the parameters mentioned in the tender documents from any of reputed OEMs. DESIGN DATA A. The accumulating solids known, as "Sludge" shall flow at periodic intervals through a desludging valve from the clarifier tank bottom to the centrifuge. The Primary and secondary tube settler/ clarifier as per design requirement shall be provided with overflow weir to collect the treated effluent and a scum baffle shall keep any floating matter from passing out in the final treated water for the fixed media system. The tube settler to be designed in size on the basis of rate velocity of 1.5-2 M/Hr and 4-5 M/Hr in clarifier.Treated water from secondary clarifier shall over flow into baffled chlorine contact tank where hypochlorite solution shall be added to disinfect the treated water from sludge drying bed, waste water will be sent to existing raw sewage well through Gl pipe 100mm/Channel. BLOWERS AND AERATION SYSTEM i) The package type treatment plant shall be provided with rotary positive displacement blowers with a common base and a central electric control panel, belt drive system, drip proof induction type electric motors, necessary valves including a pressure relief valve and intake and discharge silencing. Each blower motor unit shall be housed in an enclosure. All piping and related accessories necessary to connect the blowers to the plant air header shall be provided by the plant manufacturer. ii) All air piping from the blower motor unit to the air header shall be approved GI pipe. The dia of Gl pipe from pump to header shall be 80mm heavy grade. The further air distribution pipe shall be stainless steel 304 grade, 40 mm dia. The spacing between coarse/ fine bubble diffuser shall be 50mm c/c. Length of the pipe shall be calculated accordingly. iii) The air piping form the blowers shall be connected to the diffusers placed at the bottom of the Bio Reactors / Sump Pit if required / Equalization Tank / Sludge holding Tank / Flushing water holding tank.

ELECTRICAL CONTROLS i) The control system shall include circuit breakers, motor, starters and timers all housed in a cables from DB to motors shall be PVC insulated armored cables to be laid in trays. All wiring shall be sized according to the National Electric Code Standards. No splice shall be permitted in the service wires. It shall also be the responsibility of the contractor to furnish and install all required exterior disconnects, switching mechanisms, alarm or control conduit and wiring. The specifications of the control panel / DB would be as per tender specifications or manufacturer's design subject to approval. The branch circuit shall be short circuit protected by thermal magnetic air circuit breakers. All control circuits shall be protected by a single-phase thermal magnetic air circuit breaker. A magnetic across the line starter with overload heaters in each phase and a common trip contact set shall be provided for each blower motor to give positive protection against single phasing. ii) Motor insulation shall be class 'B' insulation and the design shall be such that the maximum permissible temperature for the insulation is not exceeding when the motor operates at service factor load in 45° C ambient on full load condition. All motors shall have anti-friction; ball bearings sized an average life of at least as per Motors Manufactures Ltd. under normal V-BELT loading conditions. The control equipment starters, circuit breakers, and switches shall be installed in an IP-42

2 (A) ELECTRO-MECHANICAL EQUIPMENTS Package type Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on attached growth concept (with air diffuser membrane system) MBBR with 2 reactors in series with sewage handling capacity of 150 M3/ day. The raw sewage comprises of effluent from entire residential and official campus for which a common STP has to be designed. The stilling tank with bar screen shall be a part of the STP. The package type STP shall be designed as water retaining structures in RCC with MS steel top structure and M.S. epoxy coated, non-skid type, removable manholes covers including piping, valves, necessary chemical dosing as required by the manufacturer's design. All the equipments, pipings, pumps, air blowers and electricals are to be housed in a plant room underground/over ground including MS puddle flange/insert need to be hot dipped galvanized, inlet, outlet, overflow, vents, MS covers, drain channel with MS gratings etc. The package type STP shall consist of following units but not limited to these units as may be required by the manufacturer's design: (a) Stilling chamber to reduce the velocity after being received from pump (b) Bar Screen cum Grit chamber for the incoming sewerage from building SS frame, manually cleaned SS bar screen, bar screen having provision for lifting, etc. (c) Oil & Grease Trap for kitchen waste to remove O&G with baffles need to be provided including MS manhole cover for total effluent of 150 KLD. (g) Chlorine contact cum filter feed tank for chlorine mixing and desired minimum volume. (h) PVC hypochlorite solution tank ( cap. 100 ltrs.) with dosing pump of suitable capacity adjustable metering type.

(j) Suitable size of treated water( flushing/irrigation), soft water and sludge holding trank. (k) Air diffusion system with 2 nos. twin-type rotatory air blowers. (1 working + 1 standby) of suitable package type STP capacity for 150 M3/ day and necessary piping including air dispersion grid as given in specification for MBBR Reactors and Equalization Tank. Notes: i) The rate for foundation/platform required for installation of sewage treatment plant tank are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the bidder. The pump shall be complete in Cl construction with cutter arrangement including lifting arrangement for the pumps including piping, valves on the discharge of pumps, level controllers, probes, cable, etc. including connection to STP (i) Submersible pumps 7.5 m3/hr @ 10 - 12 mtrs head - 02 Nos complete with star delta starter, overload protection, single phase preventor with each pump set.
