M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of bricks or concrete work in CM 1:6, finished the surfaces even & smooth including 1mm thick sagol finish incl preparation of old surfaces in patches for repairs at any places inside the bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick / stone masonry or concrete surfaces, on walls, laid in two layers, 1st layer 15mm thick and finishing layer 5mm thick mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement content of finishing layer finished fair and even without using extra cement including all necessary scaffolding / staging as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling, soffit of staircase surfaces finished even and smooth with 1mm thick sagol finish, incl preparation of old surfaces in patches for repairs at any place inside the bldg complete all as specified and dircted.

M& L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete incl plastering (total thickness upto 60mm ) from RCC surfaces of columns, beams, soffits of slabs etc by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement by sand blasting with suitable pump as directed by the GE and wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for providing mild steel TMT bars in various structural RCC elements like column, beams and Slab etc. including cutting, bending, fixing the bars, tying with binding wires etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: This item is applicable for additional bars required in the existing RCC structures.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still sticking upto 20mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for leakage / seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the surfaces of existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas, etc. with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease, etc. and cutting and filling cracks above 5mm wide with Pidicrete URP of M/s Dr Fixit or with Plaster Seal of M/s STP Ltd or equivalent chemical of M/s Chemstik and filling cracks less than 5mm wide Crack X paste of M/s Dr Fixit or with Plaster Seal of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstik Crackseal and applying Primeseal primer of M/s Dr Fixit or equivalent chemical of M/s STP Ltd or one coat of Chemstick PDE 600 (and allowing to dry for 8hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently applying two coats of water proofing decorative elastomeric coating system Raincoat of M/s Dr Fixit with DFT 100microns or Shalicry 215 of M/s STP Ltd or Chemstik PDE 600 (the surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry for 6 to 8hours before application of next coat) including necessary scaffolding to work at a height upto and including 24m complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new or untreated painted wood and wooden based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 centimetre width or girth and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages: Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc . Stage 2:- Providing 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proffing chemical of Dr Fixit or Shalicrete "R' of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 3:- Primer-Mix Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (diluted with water in ratio 1:1) @ 250 gms/Sqm and apply the Primer on the plastered suraces. Stage 4:- Application of 1st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd (without dilution with water) @ 1Kg/Sqm by brush all as per manufactuer's instructions. Stage 5:- Laying fiber glass cloth (weight not less than 50gram/ Sqm) over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still sticky. Stage 6. After 6 to 7 hours interval, apply second coat i.e. final coat of Tarfet LM of STP Ltd (without Dilution with water) @ 1kg/ Sqm by brush as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 7:- Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with STP No. 1 @ 250ml/50 Kg cement all as per manufacturer's instructions. Stage 8 :- Carryout ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion. NOTES : (i) Mode of measurement: Actual area treated (floor and adjoining walls) will be measured and paid . (ii) The above treatment shall be got executed through applicator of manufacturer and necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall also be produced by the contractor.

M&L for filling of lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in sunken portion , as per requirement , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling / taking out any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and removing rubbish, etc. to a distance exceeding 500 m and not exceeding 1.0 km complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for screed bed 10 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair in cement plaster 1:4, with mixing water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for APP modified roof treatment over roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications, complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160 gm/ Sq mtr using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20 degree celcius. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (d) Over the membrane provided a finishing with solar reflective bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/ Sqm as prescribed by manufacturer.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in roofs and disposing off the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m and not exceeding 1.0km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (type B-0) using 12.5mm graded trap stone aggregates, as in roofs or kerbs, laid in proper slope, rounded or chamfered on edges including all necessary scaffolding or staging as required upto 24M height ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of existing water proofing treatment and providing and laying ShaliUrethane BTD of STP Ltd or equivqalent, PolyUrethane based for water proofing treatment using high elongation based (>500%) liquid applied elastromeric water proofing membrane with separate wearing course as per ASTM C-836, Thickness of the membrane shall be 1.5mm including reinforcement. After surface cleaning prime the surface with mixture of Shali Urethane BTD: water 50:50 ratio and apply @ 400gm@ Sqm. After complete drying the surface has to be dampended with coating. Subsequently apply 2 coats of ShaliUrethane BTD by brush or roller on prime surface @ 1Kg/Sqm to get required thickness with non woven FG reinforcement surface complete all as per manufacturer instruction all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing aluminium sliding window shutters, taking down of existing broken 5 mm thick plain sheet glass from aluminium sliding window shutters including existing rubber gasket complete, supply and fixing 5 mm thick plain sheet glass with and including provision of new rubber gasket and re-fixing the shutters in existing position, complete all as specified and directed.
