Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer , over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Item no.- DSR 13.80

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre D.S.R 13.41.1

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (one or more coats) D.S.R 13.81.1

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) DSR 13.47.1

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than .08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete Size of Tile 600x600 mm D.S.R 11.41.2

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately). Size of Tile 600x600 mm DSR 11.47.2

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate) finished with floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate) DSR 11.3.1

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. DSR 13.99.1

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in ement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm D.S.R 15.23.1

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tile conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except bargundy bottle green, black as approved by Engineer -in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm , including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. DSR 8.31

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of ist quality conforming to IS:15622, of approved make in all colours, shades except white , ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. DSR 11.38

Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with “S” or “P” trap including dismantling of old WC seat and “S” or “P” trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material including malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet(European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid DSR 17.2.1

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement: 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor: With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1 % concentration . DSR 2.35.3.1
