Under state Government special scheme of development of basic facilities-Renovation and improvement of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Hospital in Thane Municipal Corporation limit Phase II

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Providing and fixing Jute Kantan (Tarat) screen to the scaffold-ing for external guniting as directed including removing the same after the work is over etc. complete.

Chipping /removing loose concrete upto reinforcement bars, without damaging the reinforcement, removing all the loose materials and to make all the exposed surfaces free from oil, dust and all impurities etc. complete, including necessary scaffolding, staging and dismantling thereof.

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick commercial plywood with jungle wood frame work of 50 x 35 mm size at 60 cm on both ways for closing the window portion/openings for protection from falling debris, dust etc. including cutting, fixing with nails and removing after the same after completion of the work. (To be used after approval of Superintending Engineer)

"Disposal & Transportation of Malba / Building Rubbish / Dismantled Material / Debris Providing all labour, tools, tackles, equipment and transport vehicles for collection, segregation, loading, carriage and disposal of malba, building rubbish, dismantled materials and construction debris generated during demolition/construction activities, including transportation and disposal outside the site boundary/campus limits; the rate shall include all leads and lifts, manual/mechanical loading and unloading, royalties, tipping fees, taxes, statutory permissions, prevention of spillage during transit, cleaning of roads if required, and compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, complete in all respects, and nothing extra shall be payable on any account."

Demolishing R.C.C. slab, R.C.C. wall of any thickness, R.C.C. beams, joists, R.C.C. columns, piles, pile caps etc., in any thickness and size manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Removing and refixing existing door or window with frames and shutters, making good the damaged brick work and applying 3 coats of Syn. Ena. Paint

Removing existing R.C.C. jallies of any design & deposit to ward store complete.

Providing precast cement concrete Jali of Nominal Mix 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) etc. complete excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits. 25 mm thick
