PERIODICAL SERVICES OF BUILDINGS OTM AT AFS AMLA

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including all necessary scaffolding arrangments of any hieght complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for (10+5)mm thick for rendering fair faces of brick work or Concrete surface in two coats 10mm thick in CM(1:6) as under coat 5mm thick CM (1:4) as finishing coat in two separate layer mixed with or without liquid waterproofing compound @ 3% per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of interior oil based emultion/distemper paint over one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with roller over average 2 mm thickness wall care putty (Apex Ultima Luxury enulsion of Asian or equivalent of approvd make as approved by GE) or using smart periodical methodology complete all as specified & directed. Note : Shade and pattern of the colour will be approved by department.

M&L for waterproof putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 2 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps :- Step 1: Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturers instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2: Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3: Allow 6-8 hours time to dry the putty surface.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of weather shield/weather proof Acrylic exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima Luxury enulsion of Asian or equivalent of approvd make as approved by GE) by skilled labour and applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted) / 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with roller/fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI or using smart periodical methodology complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) Shade and pattern of the colour will be approved by department. (ii) All painting work shall be carried out mechanically. The use of rollers shall be permitted wherever required, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat alkali resistant priming paint complete including filling cracks with wall care putty wherever necessary complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M & L for complete removal existing treatment of old decorative surface of walls (i.e. white wash, colour wash, cement base paint, synthetic enamel paint etc.) and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete including filling cracks with wall care putty wherever necessary complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment (Cement Base Paint/White Wash/OBD/Exterior weather paint/Oil paint etc) of external decorative surface from walls, cornices, jambs, cills, parapet wall, pillars etc or any other description by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacume mechanism) with RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" or scrapping with wire brishesto to make the surface free from dust, loose paint, removal of nails etc including fillings depression surfaces, cracks/holes by waterproof cement based putty complete by skilled labour to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.
