The structural soundness check post repair of Bldg shall be conducted by NITTTR and contractor to obtain structural soundness of the repaired Bldg from NITTTR and submit the same to Engineer-in-Charge/GE. The contractor will approach NITTTR for carrying out inspection certification of the building for structural soundness and safety during the joint inspection and testing. AGE, GE, Contractor's rep and NITTTR shall remain present and witness the test. NITTTR will inspect once and complete the inspection/testing and certification. Completion certificate of the contract work shall only be issued to the contractor after conducting the structural soundness test and submission of structural soundness report of the building (The repair in P-24 building is covered in three phases i.e. Phase –l , Phase –ll and Phase III respectively. But the test shall be carried out in Phase – l only.
