07/25-26 of ACE/BIC Construction of Trough wall of Naujoda Minor from RD 00 mtr to Tail of Khadkhai Irrigation Project.

Clearing shrubs jungles, uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1.00m girth etc. including clear of work site etc. complete including labour cess as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge

Excavation loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stony earth, gravel and moorum etc. interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge within an initial lead of 1.00 KM from the place of excavation complete with all cost incidental to the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation & plinth with sand well watered & rammed with all cost, conveyance, royalty etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M15 grade in approved surface using 20mm down graded hard granite well graded stone aggregates free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to specifications using water of approved quality and using cement as per approved specification with all lifts , delifts and transportation by mechanical /manual means including costs, carriage, royalties etc.including dewatering by suitable means with all costs weighing all materials using weight batcher, mixing the concrete mix ingredients in mechanical mixer, vibration of concrete by mechanical means supplying T&P watering, curing for specified days by suitable means including costs and carriage of water, construction of coffer dam/ approach road, diversion road including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries etc. including quality control testing charges etc. as per approved drawings and specifications and direction of Engineer.

Cement concrete M20 with crushed granite coarse aggregates of size 20mm and down graded mixed by concrete mixer and placing manually on approved surface, vibrating concrete by mechanical means, supplying T&P, curing for a specified days by suitable means, supervision charges with cost, conveyance all taxes, royalty of all materials, site illumation hire and running charges of machineries required for the work as per approved drawing and specification with all cost incidental to the work etc. complete including labour cess as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.( Including EMF,DMF and other charges vide Lr No-259/Touzi dt. 31.03.2023 of Collector & District Magistrate, Mayurbhanj, Baripada (Touzi Section)

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for CC works including false works and dismantling then after casting including cost of materials etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means, loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within a lead of 5 Km on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spread and leveling the earth in 22.5 cm layer to make ready for watering and compaction maintenance watering and lighting to haul road and borrow area with all labour T&P, royalty and L.w cess complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted level section only and earth to be arranged by contractor at his own cost and responsibility)

Providing weep hole in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of lV : 20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical.

Supplying conveying, and laying 150mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe including fixing collar joints with RCC including all labour and cost, conveyance of NP-3 Hume Pipe etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
