Supply and laying 50mm outer dia, double walled, corrugated HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Double door three phase prewired distribution board 4 way TPN made out of CRCA sheets 1.6 mm thick, phosphatised powder coated with copper Bus Bar 200 Amps, 415 V, Earth Stud, Din Rail, Polymide terminal blocks for incoming and outgoing circuits, inbuilt loose wire box ,ground terminal blocks ,duly prewired with thimbled flame retardant copper conductors and poly layer for protection in and including MCCB 4 pole 63 Amp rating repturing capacity 16 KA (Note:- Single Phase MCBs are to be measured and paid for seperately) Make - Legrand, Schneider and Seimens.

M&L for pre polished chequred cement concrete tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick, parallelogram or in any shape of any tint, heavy duty , set jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry, laid over 15 mm thick bedding layer of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Shifting of LT ACB of capacity 400 to 1200Amps of any make and rating with in station premises after taking shutdown & disconnecting LT supply and servicing by cleaning the fix and moving parts ,removing dust particle by using high speed blower applying greese/jelly to moving mechanism and moving parts, tightening all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note:- At new location LT ACB shall be mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (with 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation block of suitable size upto 40 cm above ground level as directed. The cost of the PCC block shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for the item .

(iv) Panel is to placed on angle iron frma made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle duly provided with four legs 750 mm long (eaach) out of which 300 mm to be grounted in PCC 1:2:4 balance length of 450 mm above ground to be covered with detachable FI sheet 3 mm thick on the all sides except front side, duly painted two coats of paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface. (v) GA drawing to be approved from Engr-in-Charge & GE prior to fabrication. (vi) All panel should be powder coating with 9 tank. (vii) AI 4 pole bush bar of suitable rating with heat shrinkable sleeve with colour coding.
