M&L for servicing of window type AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR capacity, of any type/make, at site /wall, comprising of taking down carefully, removing power connections and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil, indoor cooling unit and condenser coil and providing oil and grease to all moving parts including condensing motor, checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB's, stabilizer, wiring of AC's as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection with thimble and replacing the spare parts of the AC units wherever required, testing & commissioning including refixing at the original position and connecting with the system complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Contractor shall maintain register of servicing as per format given by Engr-in-Charge duly signed by User, where the servicing of equipment carry out and produce as & when asked by Engr-in-Charge or GE BHDC. (ii) Spare parts required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule as supply only.

M&L for servicing of split type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity, of any type/make, at site /wall, including removing power connections and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil, cooling unit and condenser coil of outdoor unit, checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB's, stabilizer, wiring of AC's as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection with thimble and replacing the spare parts of the AC units wherever required, testing & commissioning including refixing at the original position and connecting with the system complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) The cost of additional inlet/outlet copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical cord, if required and making good of surface as original by plastering/ whitewash/ colour/ distemper etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rate and no extra payment shall be made to contractor on this account. (ii) Contractor shall maintain register of servicing as per format given by Engr-in-Charge duly signed by User, where the servicing of equipment carry out and produce as & when asked by Engr-in-Charge or GE BHDC. (iii) Spare parts required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule as supply only.

(ii) Adequate resources shall be deployed by the contractor for attending day to day defect being an essential installation. (iii) All complaint/repairs shall be attended/completed within 06 Hour failing which a recovery of Rs 500/- per day per complaint shall be made from contractor dues.

M&L for making necessary arrangement/alteration to make reversible system (reverse valve) to functioning as heat engine in winter i.e. cooling in summer and heating in winter, by providing necessary copper tubing, refrigerant valve, modification in remote unit (PCB) and allied work for the split/ window Air Conditioner of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Charging of refrigerant gas, if required, shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L preparation of old painted surface of desert cooler of approximate size 28 inch x 28 inch x 32 inch, inner surface and outer surface complete, by knotting and stopping and repainting the complete desert coolers i.e. side panel, bracket, body and desert cooler stand with two coat of black water proof, synthetic enamel paint on reserve water tank and marking "GE E/M BHDC (MES)" letter of 50mm height with proportionate with desert cooler (Minimum surface area of desert Cooler for painting including stand - 09 Sqm) including servicing and greasing and replacement of PVC pipe, worn out nut, bolts and washers, PVC elbow all as per site requirement and writing the machine No complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement wood wool pad (01 set comprising of 03 Nos pad of Approx weight 700-750 gms each) suitable for 18 inch sweep desert cooler complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Ser Item No 106.00 here in before but for 20" to 24 " sweep desert cooler complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement Submersible pump, 45 Watt, 230 Volts, single phase, AC, for desert cooler including replacement of GI nuts, bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement wire mesh for holding Desert Cooler pad (As per sample at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in repairs desert cooler regulator knob (As per sample at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement fresh air fan kit of 20 inch sweep, 90-120 Watt, 220 Volt, single phase, including fan bracket, with GI strip for fixing the motor in existing position including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement desert cooler body, of size 26 inch x 26 inch x 32 inch (height) with panels (3 Nos) fabricated out of 18 gauge PGI sheet along with PVC front grill, PVC distribution, PVC elbow, rotary, pre-wired with plug top & cord, switch including tank of depth minimum 7 inch, duly painted the complete body with 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement desert coolers aluminium fan blade of 18 inch /20 inch sweep (as per sample at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement side panel of desert cooler of 20" sweep, made out of 20 SWG, GI sheet, duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement ply wood, 4 mm thick, in pieces as per site requirement for fixing of Desert cooler at places complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement front grill for desert cooler of approved make (as per sample) complete with 5 Amp switch with three step speed regulator including indicating lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement prefabricated MS stand for desert cooler of size 28"x 28"x 32", made out of MS angle iron frame of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 4 mm in cubical shape and MS flat iron strip of size 20 mm width and 3 mm thickness to hold the legs of cooler stand at the bottom including welding and duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement 15 mm dia PVC flexible pipe of superior quality for connecting pump and water distributer as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement PVC elbow/4 way of 15 mm bore distribution cross as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the air curtain of any size and dismantling the various parts and carry out the servicing, lubricating and renewal of minor parts and replacing the defective parts and painting, refixing back to the new or old position with grouting materials complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Defective major parts except minor items shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only" under respective item of this Schedule.)
