SPL REPAIR TO GOVT MD ACCN BLDG NO JP-43/01 TO 09 (OR MD ACCN) AT JP LINE ALWAR

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified & directed.

M & L brick work with FLY ASH BRICKS {As per IS-13757 (1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks}, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with FLY ASH brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-renforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removal of rubbish material complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 25mm thick, as in Sub base complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling, kota stone, granite incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M&L non skid ceramic tiles colored 400x400x7mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloure cement and over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles and over 10 mm thick rendring in cm 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in wall, dado, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over 10 mm thick rendring in cm 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.
