Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping,weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Water Proofing Treatment to RCC sunken surfaces comprising of :

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick (Average thickness) rendering on sunken surfaes including flashings, finished even and fair in cement mortar (1:4), using water proofing compound as per recommended ratio, after brushing cement slurry @ 1.20 kg/Sq. m, complete all as specified. NOTE: Supply only WPC will be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BoQ.

M&L for LDPE sheet 150 micron laid over applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq. m & adjoining vertical surfaces including applying bitumenous primer @ 0.40 litre per square metre over clean RCC/plastered roof surfaces complete all as specified.

NOTES: For Guarantee of Water Proofing Treatment refer PS clause 11.5 of CA.

M&L for Mild steel work as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) quality confirming to grade Fe-410-Gde E-250, complete all as specified.

M&L for Expanded metal, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members of weight not exceeding 4 kilogram/ sq. m, complete all as specified.

M&L for 25 mm thick, cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished rough, as in sub floors or similar locations, complete all as specified.

M&L fo 75 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, as in sub floors, complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, as in sub floors, complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 6- 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.16 sq.m but n. exc. 0.20 sq.m, on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with polymer based grout of matching shade, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles not less than 7mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sq.m but n. exc. 0.11 Sq.m laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified.

M&L for Factory made PCC colured chequered tiles, ISI(IS:13801) marked, 22-25 mm thick, of size 250 mm x 250 mm, in floors, over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry complete, all as specified.

M&L for 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Fixing only cement concrete paver block as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc obtained from dismantled tiles or where floor is sunk, including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair mixed with water proofing coompound on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified. NOTE: Supply only WPC will be measured & paid for separately under respective item of BoQ.

M&L for Two coats of exterior acrylic emulson over and including a coat of water based exterior primer including prepration of new plasterd wall surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over steel or iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Uprooting tree/plants upto 30 cm girth from wall or any part of building upto double storey buildings completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, making good the disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to match with existing surfaces and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified.

M&L for 500 litre capacity, white, three layered polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including hoisted and fixed in position, making connections, IN-REPAIRS, complete all as specified including the following acessories: - (i) Ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule 20mm bore IN-REPAIRS all as specified (iii) Gun-metal stop valve (quarter turn type) with MS lever handle, suitable for GI tubes 20 mm bore, ISI marked, screwed both ends for iron pipe, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified. (iv) Provn of 20 mm bore GI light grade tube from O/H tank to nearest mouth of RWP.

M&L for Angular stop valve/cock, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, with wall flange, quarter turn type, screwed end for iron pipe or for union and fixed, suitable for 15 mm bore pipe, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified. MAKE:PRAYAG Cat No. P-6510 or equivalent make mentioned in Appndix 'B'.

M&L for Bib tap, cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type, long body with wall flange, quarter turn type, screwed end for iron pipe or for union and fixed, suitable for 15 mm bore pipe, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified. MAKE:PRAYAG Cat No. P-6508 or equivalent make mentioned in Appndix 'B'.

M&L for Vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm, ISI marked, white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), but and making connection with trap & flushing pipe, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified. MAKE: PRAYAG Cat No. 4055 or equivalent make mentioned in Appndix 'B'

M&L for PVC flushing cistern 10 litre capacity, dual flush syphonic action type, any shade, with side handle, ISI marked (IS: 7231) with flush pipe and all fixing arrangements, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified. MAKE: PRAYAG Cat No. 502 or equivalent make mentioned in Appndix 'B'.
