Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable covers from excavated trench all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover through in low lying area.

Laying only old reinforced PCC cable cover of any size as retrieved from serial item No- 11.00 here in before complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover LV class type - I with size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 10cm after laying of cable in trenches complete all as directed and sand cover to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

S&F in replacement of galvanized iron pipe of 50 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.

Taking out old LT under ground cable from trenches / floor / road / wall / pipe / pole of any size and description incl joint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 10 sq mm 4 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I), suitable for earthed system, laid in duct/trench/along pole/wall etc including nuts, bolts, washers, saddles & screws etc and making connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable / defective street light fitting / Flood light fitting of any wattage alongwith mounting bracket, flat iron clamp, nuts bolts etc from overhead LT poles complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of LED post tops 40 W with die cast aluminium housing and polycarbonate opal diffuser and IP protection and incl making all electric connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement of LED step light 9 W with die cast aluminium housing with warm white Cylinder Bollard- IP65 protection LED and incl making all electric connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement of LED Gate tops Romantica, Decorative fixture, Die cast aluminium housing Polycarbonate frosted diffuser Black colour IP43 protection and incl making all electric connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement of LED Gate tops ORBISS Die cast aluminium housing Polycarbonate frosted diffuser Matt Grey Finish and IP54 protection and incl making all electric connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement of LED Gate tops Reneva, MS housing with PU paint Top canopy made of spun aluminium and IP65 & IK10 protection and incl making all electric connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement of Lyras 130 Decorative fixture(3000K) Die cast aluminium housing Transparent diffuser Grey colour 40 Degree Medium Beam angle (up and Down) and IP66 & IK08 protection and incl making all electric connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size, straining properly on insulators and binding on existing LT poles or new poles with and incl 2mm dia aluminium binding wire,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The 3% for sag, joints & jumpers shall be added in measurements.

Labour only for taking down of old rusted GI wire of any description / size from LT / HT Poles of any size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F contineous GI earth wire/gaurd/cradles of 4mm dia including GI binding wire 1.63 mm and GI holding hook on LT / HT poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Unbinding from insulators and restretching ACSR conductor of any size on LT / HT poles with and including binding with 2mm dia aluminium binding wire to insullators, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 2. The distance between two poles for one single LT / HT conductor will be consider as one span.

Labour only for taking down / dismantling of old unserviceable insulators any type and any make from cross arms / pole of any size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F polymer composite Pin Insulator, grey in color , dia of FRP rod 20 mm, length of FRP rod (min) 165 mm, dia of weather sheds100mm as per IEC 61109 for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F polymer composite insulator disc type , grey in colour working pressure 1100 volts all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for lowering the existing High Mast with required plants and tools and down the hight mast light ring replacement of unserviceable light fittings with the new one and servicing the high mast accessories including greasing the winch and SWG rope, including replacement of required parts at site complete re-mounting the high mast after carryout all the repair to its original position made serviceable and testing after completion also including servicing the High Mast panel and replacement of three phase timer switch and power contactor and required copper wires and other accessories and made funtional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
