Taking down existing unserviceable insulators, of any type and any size, including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable ACSR conductor from pole including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out concrete poles/ struts, any size, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for steel tubular swaged poles with new steel tubular swaged poles complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, type-410, SP-31 (9.00 metres long), including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer after preparing the exposed surface and two coats of bitumiunous paint on embedded surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and concrete in foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for plain cement concrete M-7.50 (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in mass concrete of foundation of poles etc, inclulding necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete M-10 (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in mass concrete in foundation of stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in coping of poles including necessary form work finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 1100V grade L.T. aerial bunched cable of size 3X70 + 1X16 + 1X50 Sqmm (Phase wire + Neutral wire + Insulated messenger wire) having three power core and one insulated messenger core of stranded compacted circular aluminium black coloured XLPE insulated and core identification by ridges one, two and three and four respectively. Neutral wire should be of stranded compacted circular aluminium alloy conductor conforming to IS:8130/1984, IS:398(part-04)/1979 and IS:14255/1995 with upto date ammendements, if any, composition of phase wire, Neutral wire and messenger wire all shall confirm to manufacturer instructions subject to compliance with electricity manual/ Indian electricity act:2003, and thereby changes in the size of messenger and neutral wire, nothing shall be admissible on this ground, including necessary connecting accessories like anchor clamps(3 Bolt and 2 Bolt type), eye hook with suspension clamp assembly, PCC pole clamp, Insulation piercing connectors with cover or P.G connectors with insulation cover, water proof pre-insulated hexagonal compression connectors and lugs etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for SMC FRP junction box, sliding-door fixed to base by means of sliding, pole mounting arrangement, maint free, fire retardent, pilferage proof for entry the cable from side and bottom of size 300x200x105 mm with aluminium bus bar and terminal for for street lightning of 3 phase/4 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement with new LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete, all as specifeid and directed.
