The Tenderer should have executedtheworks / have experience in Any similarwork in any of the following organizationsduring lastfive (5) years In anyCentralGovt/StateGovt/PSUs/Govt bodies/MES/Railway/CPWD/KPWD/Metro Rail CorporationLimited.Each Tenderer in its name should havein thelast five financial yearsi.e.,2021-22,2022-23 & 2023-242024-25.2025-26i) One (1) similarwork costingnot less than the amount equalto Rs.48.86Lakhs ii) Two (2) similar workscostingnot less than the amount equal toRs.39.09Lakhs iii) Three (3) similar workscosting notless than the amount equal to Rs.29.31 Lakhs.Note:(1)Similar Works means Any Building painting works.(2) Substantially completedworks meansthose works which are at least 90% completedas on the date of Tender submission (i.e.gross value of work done upto the last date ofsubmission is 90% or more of the originalcontract price) and continuingsatisfactorily.(3)Last five (5) years shall be counted from 28days prior to the date of submission of Tender.(4) In case the Tendererhas executed workscontract for a client,which includes otherworks in addition tosimilar works, then theTenderer shouldprovide a client certificateclearly indicatingthe amount of work done in respect of thesimilar work in support of experience in Painting-20830 sqm
