A (A)Instructions to Bidders for Filling Financial Bid

a The bidder shall quote the rates in the Price / Financial Bid in typed form only. The quoted rate / percentage shall be clearly mentioned both in figures and in words in the space provided in the BOQ.

b Any bid in which the rates are written by hand shall be summarily rejected and will not be considered for evaluation.

c The contractor shall quote percentage above / below / at par with the estimated rate for schedule items and item-wise rates for Non-Schedule Items (NSI) as provided in the BOQ.

d The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, labour charges, transportation, loading, unloading, wastage, contractor’s profit and all incidental charges, unless otherwise specified.

e Overwriting, cutting or correction in the quoted rates will not be accepted. If any correction is found in the financial bid, the bid may be rejected.
