Supply, install, testing and commissioning of horizontal open well type submersible pumps having flow capacity of 150 LPM at 7 metre head (Min capacity 1HP ) comprising cast iron casing, stainless steel impeller , TEFC, 415 volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz with , complete with starter panel consist of single phase preventer,ammeter, Voltmeter(Panel to be installed inside Pumphouse) including submersible cable 6sqmm size complete all as specified and directed . (Note: All accessories required such as clamps, nuts bolt, welding work, etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as pecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 3 layered 90 mm outer dia SDR-11 of PN-10 grade (outer green coloured UV stabilized, middle black coloured UV stabilized and inner most layer white coloured with antimicrobial property) fusion welder PP-R (Poloy proplene randon Co-polymer) pipes laid in trenches including plain PP-R and brass threaded PP-R fittings or flanged joints including connecting up with existing system complete all as pecified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply , Fixing & testing of LED street light fitting of 35/36 Watt with electronic driver and made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED's as lighting source and lens fixed on pole with and including 25 mm bore light grade GI pipe bend to shape as in bracket 1.5 mtr long complete with MS flat iron clamp (clamps shall be 40 x 5 mm MS flat) nuts, bolts & washers including painting the clamps with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer connecting up with twin core 6 sq. mm copper conductor flexible wire/cable upto required length connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing for junction box made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet of size 250mmX250mmX150mm three phase & nutral,wtih hinged door and suitable locking arrangement alongwith aluminium busbar fixing with MS clamp of size 25X3mm, nuts, bolts, washer including 01 No MCB SP 6 Amps & painting the box with two coat of synthetic enamal paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel Engine driven Generating set Water cooled type, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire (Engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS: 13364) complete with foundation as per manufacturer's recommendation, control panel with necessary protection and meters including sound proof canopy of capacity 100 KVA including the following: - ENGINE:- Diesel engine prime mover of suitable BHP to drive 100 kVA alternator with the following: - (i) Fuel level indicator (ii) Fuel tank of suitable capacity for storing minimum 12 hrs consumption capacity at 75% load. (iii) Fuel inlet arrangement from outside the acoustic enclosure with locking arrangement. (iv) Robust, MS base frame with anti vibration damper pads (v) Continuous 10% overload capacity in every 12 Hrs running. (vi) Self starting with and including 12 V maintenance free battery of suitable Ah rating as per OEM including charging circuit. (vii) Mechanical or Electronic governor as per OEM.

Supply, laying and testing of 150 mm inner diameter of double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) and stiffness classes-8 (SN-8) with ISI marked (with CML no) with and including all fitting & jointing material for sewage line and laid in trenches as specified in IS-16098 (Part-2) : 2013 and as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Bedding of pipe shall not be provided in normal condition and CONSTRUCTION METHODS shall be strictly compiled as per clause no A-4 of ANNEX 'A' of IS 16098 (Part-2) : 2013.

Supply, laying and testing of 200 mm inner diameter of double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) and stiffness classes-8 (SN-8) with ISI marked (with CML no) with and including all fitting & jointing material for sewage line and laid in trenches as specified in IS-16098 (Part-2) : 2013 and as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Bedding of pipe shall not be provided in normal condition and CONSTRUCTION METHODS shall be strictly compiled as per clause no A-4 of ANNEX 'A' of IS 16098 (Part-2) : 2013.

M&L for preparation of new surface of M.S. Pipes and structural steel or concrete finishing by solvent degressing and de-rusting by applying chemical method and appying one coat of gama coating or equivalent such as Dr Bake/Krishna Conchem/Asian paint/Atul ltd/Burger paint with epoxy primer of 50 to 60 microns thick and covering with two coats of gamma coatings or equivalent such as Dr Bake/Krishna Conchem/Asian paint/Atul ltd/Burger paint of epoxy paint 30 microns thick each complete as per manufacturer's specification specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of non clogging submersible pumps with having flow capacity of 230 LPM at 15.5 metre head comprising cast iron casing, stainless steel impeller , TEFC, 415 volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz with , complete with starter panel and auto level magnetic sensor all as specified and directed . (Note: All accessories required such as clamps, nuts bolt, welding work, etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate).

S&F 110mm bore PP-R gate valve (Brass insert) as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, construction, installation, testing & commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant based on design as per vetted details attached except specified otherwise in the schedule based on principle of aerobic attached growth randomly Moving Bed Bio-reactor (MBBR)/FMR for capacity 300 KLD, including required foundations alongwith necessary elctrical, mechanical plants and eqpt all as specified as under:- (a). Three nos.(two working and one standby) raw sewage lift pumps, submersible, non-clog, solid handling of minimum 20 mm complete having min capacity of 25 CUM /hr at 12 m head with 3 Nos. butterfly valve 80mm dia, 3 Nos CI non return valve 80mm dia, 3 nos 100mm dia pressure gauge(0-100psi) with 3 nos brass stop valves. (b). Interconnection pipe of MS heavy grade of size 80mm of required length complete with fittings from submersible pump in pumping station(sewage collection chamber) to stilling chamber. (c).TWO Nos.(one working and one standby) monobloc, self-priming sewage pump sets of min 12.5 cum/hr capacity, head 10 m for transfer of sewage from equalisation tank to anoxic tanks, complete in all respect with all fitting, including piping and 2 nos. non return valve complete. Piping for each pump will be independent.

Item no 14.29Cont…. (d)ONE set of Anoxic chamber not less than 25cum(effective capacity) made of MS plate / sections with marine grade epoxy coated ,fabricated/assembled at site under super vision of OEM of STP, modular construction of size as per manufacturer's design complete. (e) Package type fabricated/assembled at site under super vision of OEM of STP modular tank as per manufacturer's design of Moving bed Biofilm reactor (MBBR) based process unit made of MS sections with marine grade epoxy coated (minimum size of tank 45 Cum (effective capacity) in two compartments, fitted with riser pipe and media retaining sieves and SS fine bubble header and lateral type Air grid to handle air & MBBR media complete. (f) TWO nos.(one working and one standby) Twin lobe Rotary air-cooled positive displacement blower having capacity minimum 400 m3/hr with pressure 0.37kg/sqcm (not less than 8HP) complete with three phase,415V,50Hz induction motor including required base frame, PCC foundation, antivibration pads, NRV on air delivery side as per manufacturer's recommendation, necessary pipes, nozzles, supports for Equalisation tank and MBBR/FMR chamber alongwith all accessories & fittings complete in all respect as per OEM/STP manufacturer's design. Note: Location of Air Blower shall be as marked on site plan. (g)ONE no. Plate/Tube settler constructed out of MS sheet with proper support and marine grade epoxy coated. The Plate/tube settler will be fabricated/assembled at site under super vision of OEM of STP, modular construction of size completre as per OEM/STP manufacturer's design. (h) TWO nos. fabricated/assembled at site under super vision of OEM of STP (one working and one standby) sludge transfer self-priming monobloc pump of minimum 1 m3/hr @ minimum 8 m head for transferring the sludge from bottom of the plate/tube settler to sludge holding tank complete in all respect with all fitting, fixtures, valves, NRVs, pressure gauges, piping etc. (j) ONE no. fabricated/assembled at site under super vision of OEM of STP, modular construction of size as per manufacturer's design complete. sludge collection tank (minimum size of tank shall be 3.5m length x 2m width and 1.6m depth) made out of Mild steel with marine grade epoxy paint completre as per OEM/STP manufacturer's design. (k)ONE no. Multi disc screw press (Dehydrator) minimum capacity 1 M3/hr with 02 Nos 1.5 HP pump (one working one standby) at 8 meter head operation complete with flocculation tank. stainless steel construction Agitator motor and screw press motor.

Item no 14.29 Cont…. (l) DWPE Dozing System comprising of HDPE tank 100 Ltrs capacity fitted with agitator and dosing pump-2 sets (one working and one standby). (m) ONE No. Pre-fabricated Mild Steel with marine grade epoxy coated chlorine contact feed tank (size as per manufacture's design) with SET of Chlorine Dosing System 10-50ppm@100% conc. Of NaOCl having 30 min residence time comprising of chlorine dosing tank minimum 100Ltrs capacity along with dosing pump-2 sets (one working and one standby) completre as per OEM/STP manufacturer's design. (n) TWO nos. (one working and one standby) Multi Grade Filter feed pump ,self-priming monobloc pump of minimum 25 m3/hr @ 20 m head for transferring the treated sewage from chlorination tank to tertiary traetment unit with butterfly valves, NRVs, pressure gauges, piping etc. completre as per OEM/STP manufacturer's design. (o) Tertiary treatment unit consisting of Down flow vertical single deck and multigrade pressure filter plant having capacity not less than 25 Cum per hour conforming to design code IS 2825/1969 and CPHEEO standard, consisting of one vertical cylinder mild steel pressure vessel(conforming to ISS 2062) including face piping, fittings, valves, filter media, underbed plate fitted with PVC strainer, pressure gauges, sample stop cock, manhole, handhole, air vent system, back washing facility, suitable capacity air compressor as recommended by manufacturer with pip[ing work including necessary foundation as recommended by OEM and connected accessories complete with following specifications (i) Flow rate 25 m3/hr (ii) Vessel dia of suitable size as per designed pressure (iii) Working pressure- minimum 3.5kg/sqcm (iv) Test pressure-minimum 5.0kg/sqcm (v) Sillica sand(course not less than 0.5mm) & gravel media for filter of required quantity and size (As per manufacturer's specifications) (vi) Pressure gauges of glycerine type 100mm dial-02 nos (vii) Sampling cock-02 Nos(at incoming and outgoing point) (p)One no. Activated Carbon filter, with backwash flow rate minimum 25cum/hr complete with media, frontal piping and valves, vessel shall be in MS construction with specifications completre as per OEM/STP manufacturer's design.

Note: (a) Quantity of inlet connecting pipes, cables and miscellaneous connected items shall be worked out as per site plan of STP. (b) Electric cable from Mains to STP Electric panel will be measured and paid for separately under relavent items of External Electric supply schedule. Other elctric cables of required specifications from STP panel to individual unit of STP shall be deemed to be included in item (r) above. (c) Cost of minor consturctional details including any item not mentioned herein, required for proper functioning of STP as per OEM recommendation is deemed to be included in the quoted rates for this item.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XV {MANNING & OPERATIONS FOR STP OF CAPACITY 0.50 MLD (MBBR)} (PHASE-II) Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

Comprehensive Maintenance and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of Capacity 0.50 MLD using MBBR technology & DG Set installed under this project during the first year including all connected consumables materials round the clock (24 Hrs in 3 shifts of 08 Hrs Each) complete all as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge commencing from the next date of completion of Phase-I providing requisite manpower all as per OEM's recommendation each shift as under:- (i) Operator (category w.r.t. minimum wages - skilled labour) - One No (ii) Helper (category w.r.t. minimum wages - un-skilled labour) - One No Note:- (a) The scope of work shall include day to day running maintenance, cleaning of the plant and repairing if any, complaints from the concerned plant and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Necessary reliever shall have to be provided during "week off day" of the regular Operator/Helper without any extra cost. Duty register shall be maintained accordingly duly approved by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Water and Electricity required for operation of STP plant shall be provided free of cost by the department. (d) Timings of shifts of 08 hrs each shall be decided by GE & this aspect shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the bidders. (e) Contractor shall also be responsible for the discipline & integrity of staff deployed & shall be responsible for any lapse. (f) Plant shall be handed over in fully serviceable state after completion of contract. (g) Comprehensive maint of all the items shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction/manual. (h) Sufficient consumables materials shall be kept at site by the contractor to avoid disruption of services and the cost for the same shall be borne by the contractor.. (j) Maintenance of bldgs is not under the scope of this item. (k) The defect liability of Phase-I is 24 Months. Hence the rates are deemed to be quoted for repairs within & beyond the period of defect liability accordingly.
