Surface excvation not exceeding 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. (300+54+10.24)

Excavation over areas exc 1.5 mtr but n exc. 3.0 mtr deep in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removal of debris, weed roots etc, provision of anti-termite(Neem cake, Mithail parathion etc) treatment, filling spreading of agriculture soil upto 15cm height and top 8cm spreading with good soil and cattle manure in the ration of 4:1, mixing, levelling, watering, ranking including supply and planting of bermuda grass, maintanance by regular watering, de-weeding, moving, adding fertilizers and spraying of insecticides for a period of three months complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid block 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded agg) exc 10 Cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded agg) exc 10 Cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified. (2+1)

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as directed.

S & F mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel sections of Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' as in Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. including prepration of surfaces and painted with one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer paint at Contractor’s workshop before fabricationand complete all as specified and directed. M & L for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in hold fast of flat iron bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes cut to length, bend to shap including bolts if required and wall tie, clamps etc., and including preparing surfaces and treated with tar and sanded with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed. S & F for mild steel screw bolts (purpose made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 30cm long and dia of neck not exceeding 12mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel plates (plain or chequered) , 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment, conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specifed and directed. (12+4)

S & F Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples for 25 mm mesh size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 , type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in slope in 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 2 mtr in length. Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling coarse of floors, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as directed. (144+40)

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (6+38.6+11.7)

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as directed. (Make : For wall putty- Birla white/Bison wall putty of Berger/Narolac wall putty/Asian paint powder putty /Acro wall guard.)

M & L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, applying a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic paint over one coat of exterior grade acrylic primer complete all as specified and directed. M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description nt exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
