Remove all loose gravel cement mortar, loose cement concrete , dirt, oil, grease and foreign material by jet of dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. Repair all cracks by cutting “V” groove and fill with PMC mortar prepared in the ratio of ShaliCrete : Cement : Sand (1 : 2 : 5). Ensure gradient of 1 : 100 towards drain by laying cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 admixed with integral waterproofing compound, ShaliPlast LW+ @ 200 ml / bag of cement or equivalent . Ensure that there is no standing water on the applicable surface. Stir ShaliUrethane® BTD or equivalent by a slow speed mixture fitted with a suitable mixing paddle to ensure a homogenous mix. (Mixing of Water is totaly prohibited ). After stirring, wait for the product to settle in order to let entrapped air escape. Slightly damp the surface. Avoid standing water / ponding. Prime the surface using ShaliPrime BTD @ 400 grm / Sqm. Allow the primer to touch dry condition. Apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD confirm to ASTM C 836 and ASTM D 6083 @ 1 Kg / Sqm by brush / roller while the primed surface is tacky. Spread non-woven geo-textile of 45 gsm with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky.Allow 1st coat to dry for 10 – 12 hr. Apply 2nd coat of ShaliUrethane® BTD @ 1 kg / Sqm by brush / roller for final dry floor thickness 1.5mm in two coats . Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing / carrying out any further work. Extend waterproofing treatment up to 200 mm and terminate into groove on the parapet wall. Fill the groove with PMC mortar with ShaliSBR Latex complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i)Application of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator only . (ii) Rate for removal of debries obtained from the work to be disposed a distance not less than 2Km incl in the rate quaoted by the contractor.

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china wash hand basin white of bowl size 550 x 440mm including waste coupling and PVC waste pipe, 32mm dia, 15 mm dia bore pipe pillar tap cast copper alloy with capstan heads chromium plated fancy to be fixed in M S brackets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering or plastering work 10mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia or edging of Chajjas, and roof projections etc, including taking out pealed off plaster / concrete and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering or cement plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on bricks on concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down existing plaster new surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(Note: Three run 1.5 Sqmm cable and one run conduit shall be measured as one run.)
