Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick,SIZE 55 CM x 55 cm laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in skirting, dado and pillars etc , laid over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Granite jet black shade, 18-20 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed, as in partition,cooking platform, shelves, RCC counters, window cills & similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick Granite stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rubber coated Chequered cement concrete tiles 300mmx300mmx25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, over and including 15 mm thick screed in Cement mortar 1:6 set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete coloured paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footpath, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern with grey cement and pigment over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extrasand; complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes in for 150 mm bore pipes with concrete after the pipes are laid & tested, complete all as specified.

Reinforced concrete pipes 150 mm , class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, laid in trenches on concrete bed to level/gradient, jointing in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, class designation 100, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound on top layer, trowelled to even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces , trowelled to even and smooth surface without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on brick or concrete surfaces in two layers (10+5)mm ith water proofing compound on top layer, trowelled to even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing comound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.
