SCH 'A' Pt - XIII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (Contains Ser item No 3.01 to Ser item No 11.04)

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of internal water supply notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-II (Internal Water Supply) shall also be applicable.

Supply and Fixing 15mm bore angle valve / cock fancy type, cast copper alloy chromium plated screwed down high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions and fixed, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & Fixing 2 way Bib tap 15mm bore , fancy type cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Sub main wiring concealed PVC conduit with two single core of size 10 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn in and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium quality of size 25 mm dia conforming to 3537 Part-I ISI marked including one single core of size 10 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed with multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade as in contineous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly complete all as directed. (Colour code phase-Red, Nuetral-black and Earth as Green) complete all as specified & directed.Notes:-(a) Cost of PVC conduit , conduit accessories i.e. PVC Clamp, rawl plug, screws, PVC junction box, Tee, bend etc. and earth wire included in sub main wiring and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. Supply and Fixing MCB SPN 16 amps 10 KA , 240, 'B' Curve including connection with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing (concealed flush to wall) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2mm thick, fitted with DIN channel neutral link and 250 Amp rated bus bar) VTPN, 4 Way 415V, suitable for mounting MCCB/MCB, conforming to IS-13032, DB shall be semi glosy finished with epoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. The DB shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement, the DBs shall be same make as MCBs, DB shall be provided with level marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on always as specified. Material and Labour for for drilling / cutting of existing CI/ DI/ GI pipe line up to 150 mm bore for taking branch connection, inserting with and including one No. tapping saddles, PN16, of size 150mm x 40mm ductile iron with fusion bonded expoxy coating in compliance with DIN 3476 Part 1 and EN 14901. Main gasket of drinking water approved EPDM rubber, including necessary jointing materials, i.e nuts bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of internal size 750mm x 750mm x 750mm , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using ( 40mm graded stone aggregate ) lean concrete in foundation , providing old size well burnt clay brick masonary wall of 230mm thick built in Cement Mortar 1:4 , Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair internally , supply and fix 3.15 mm thick MS sheet steel cover fixed on 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick angle iron frame , embeded in PCC coping with PCC 1:2:4 type-B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates , with locking arrangement and 1 No. 50mm size 4 levers lock with key in duplicate Standard size and MS hold fast and handle made out of 25mm x 6mm flat iron and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Red Oxide zinc chromate primer ) to all exposed surface including earth work i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of soil complete all as specified and as directed and all as shown on drawings No.BTD-811 sheet 1/2 to 2/2 Note:- The rate of earth work i.e. excavation, returing filling and removal of soil is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V ( EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY ) shall also be applicable.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of LT Feeder Pillar Type Panel of suitable size suitable to accomdate mentioned accessories , factory made (CPRI approved) outdoor cubical type , double door both side openable with hinged doors & locking arrangement made out of not less than 3.15 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame with and including legs, legs shall be made of angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm,750mm long,300mm shall be grouted in block of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 450mm ground clearance , angle iron frame and legs shall be painted with of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer including earthing stud labeling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 stage process)( colour as approved by GE), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1 with danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitrious enamelled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour complete all as specified and directed. comprising of the following accessories :-

Supply & Fixing Three core cord flexible wire, copper conductor multistranded,PVC insulated and overall PVC sheathed of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volt complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fixing Thermoplastic (Polystreen) Junction Box having IP 66 protection of size 130mm x 180mm x 77 mm in size, fixed to pole / wall with MS clamps of size 25mm x 3mm , nuts, bolts, washers etc. , terminal of same company having provision of 3 phase aluminium bus bar with and including one no. MCB 6 Amp SPN 'C' Curve , clamps of size 25mm x 3mm complete all as specified and as directed.Note: The rate of one no. MCB 6 Amp SPN 'C' Curve and clamps of size 25mm x 3mm is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and Labour for Making the hole under road / pavement / hardstanding for laying of GI tube light grade 50mm bore as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : The GI tube light grade 50mm bore shall be measured and paid as material and labour seperately under respective item of Schedule 'A' Part-V EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and fixing Single Swan Neck steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (09 meter long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts nuts & screws complete all as specified including internal surface of steel tubular pole through out and external surface up to planting depth shall be painted with bituminous paint and remaining external surface shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete and painting upto 1.5 mtr with alternate layer of yellow & black including marking Sr No of the poles all as specified. Note:- Necessary earthwork and cement concrete work shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items of respective schedules. (Note:- Excavation, earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

ROAD ,PATH , HARDSTANDING AND CULVERT WORKS NOTE:- For items of ROAD ,PATH , HARDSTANDING AND CULVERT WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-VI ( ROAD ,PATH , HARDSTANDING AND CULVERT WORKS ) shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour 100mm thick Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type- B-1 , using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in edging for stoping the end of interlocking tiles complete all as specified & directed.

STEEL GATE & COMOUND WALL WORKS NOTE:- For items of STEEL GATE & COMOUND WALL WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-VII ( STEEL GATE & COMOUND WALL WORKS ) shall also be applicable.

Material and Labour for Steel Gate 5.5 mtr wide and 2.7mtr height complete all as shown on drawing No. BTD-79 complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS NOTE:- For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-VIII ( SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS ) shall also be applicable.

Supply and laying DWCPE (SN-8) drain pipes 150 mm nominal dia as per IS-16098 (Part-II), laid in trenches on and including bed 100 mm thick bedding comprising of well compacted clean poorly graded grave, gravel/sand mixture with little or no fines to required slope, and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and pedestal/ anchorage if required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of BOQ/ Sch ‘A’.

HOT WATER APPLIANCES NOTE:- For items of HOT WATER APPLIANCES notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-X ( HOT WATER APPLIANCES ) shall also be applicable.

SUMMER APPLIANCES NOTE:- For items of SUMMER APPLIANCES notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ PART-XI SUMMER APPLIANCES shall also be applicable.

Supply , Fixing , Testing and commissioning Water cooler fully stainless steel, Electric Driven, Single Phase , having storage capacity 40 Liters and nominal cooling capacity 40 Litres per hour with anti corrosive pre coated body with float valve, energy efficient compressor, Eco friendly refrigerant, including electric connection through voltage stabilizer complete

Supply , Fixing , Testing and commissioning Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation , single phase, copper wound, of capacity 2 KVA, naturally air cooled , indoor type , and designed for input variation between 170 volt to 250 volt with out put voltage stablized 230 volt , with accuracy of +/- 2.5% , mounting bracket complete with time delay relay complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and as directed.

The rate of this aspect is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply , Fixing Rotational moulded double lavyer polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of capacity 500 Liters ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.
