Taking up or down Steel Water Tubing 20mm dia (bore) including Connections and Fittings, segregating serviceable Pipes & Fittings and Stacking properly at Site(s) for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel Water Tubing 20mm dia (Bore), Galvanised, ‘Medium Grade’ with all Fittings, fixed to Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors, complete as all specified and as directed.

Demolation of cement concrete including existing roof treatment removing all rubbish off the premeses, as per the direction. Cleaning throughly washed with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops,making slop/ gradient required on roof slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 on PCC using WPC @ 3% by wt of cement on roof slab with all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, confirming to is and as approved complete all as directed Engr-in-charge.

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surfaced by forced application over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4kg/ sqm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stop Valve 20 mm Bore (dia), Cast Copper Alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butter fly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for Union and fixed -in-repairs,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Ball brass valvs 15mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrural and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Ball brass valvs 20mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrural and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water storage tank exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltr capacity and removing from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 15 above but exc 500 ltr not exc 1000 Ltrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I (ISI embosed) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per itme No 17 above but 1000 ltr capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from overhead PVC/RCC tank of capacity exc. 250 ltr but not exc. 500 ltr each and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 19 but exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 Litre capacity complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian), etc. Height not exc. 30 CM , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based (Trapezoidal shaped) steel sheet 0.50mm thick (pitch centre to centre 200-205mm and height of corrugation 28.5mm) of an colour as approved,having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,ridge,facia etc.complete fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for half brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on Fair Faces of Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces in walls in Cement Mortar 1:6, finished surfaces even and smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Cement Base Paint over a Coat of approved Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75mm thick hard core broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation in layers n. exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L prepolished rubber moulded coloured precast concrete inter locking paver block of any size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-35 grade laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron as posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riverting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing chain link fabric fencing made of GI wire of dia 4mm,PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5mm in required colour and shade of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia 6 nos wire and nuts,bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Preparing New Plastered Surfaces of Walls and applying Three Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of damaged RCC works(cover slab or similar articles) of any description of any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 as in concrete bed to drain pipe of 150 mm dia , incl packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down aluminium window shutter carfully and refixing in same position after repair/replacement glass/aluminium wire cloth area not exc 1.Sqm each complete all as directed. Note :- Glass/aluminium wire cloth shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down aluminium door shutter carfully and refixing in same position after repair/replacement of handle, floor door stopper, glass, rubber beading etc. door area exc 1.Sqm but not exc. 2 Sqm each complete all as directed. Note :- Glass will be measured and paid for separately.

S&F 150mm length aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staple all as directed complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
