M&L for cleaning of shell and tube water cooled condensers of the A/C plants of following capacities after dismantling the water lines and headers and cleaning with suitable wire brush and washing soda to remove the dirt and water scaling and refixing the water lines and headers including provision of new gaskets, etc for following AC plants complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) 3x49.5 TR capacity at ATC AC plant

(b) 3x49.5 TR capacity at ADR AC plant

(c) 03x75 TR capacity at Sh Harrier Simulator AC Plant

(d) 02X12.5 TR capacity at AL/AR AC plant

(e) 03 X 25 TR Capacity at NTS AC Plant

(f) 03X5.5 TR Package unit EW wksp AC plant

Note : Cleaning of all units of an AC Plant will be treated as One Time only. Hence, All units of AC plant will be cleaned with interval of 6 months.

Supply and charging compressor oil Servo manufactured by Indian Oil Corporation or Equivalvent approved make including flushing/cleaning of oil chamber etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling Refrigerant gas R-22 /Mafron -22 for AC plant compressor

Supply and filling Refrigerant gas R-407 for AC plant compressor Note :- If required the gas charging of any areas, compressor & capacity of same days otherwise panal recovery as per PS clause

Supply and fix in repairs ball / roller bearing for pumps and motors of following capacity including taking down old bearing and re installation at site including testing on completion.

(a) Upto 10 HP capacity

(b) 12.5 to 15 HP capacity

M&L for servicing monoblock pumps including dismantling and opening the pump, repair/replacement of defective impeller,replace the worn out bearing impeller, stuffing box, back plates, gland packing mechincal seal and rusted nut, bolts etc assembling property , greasing all movable parts, fixing in position, testing and commissioning all as directed for the following HP pumps.

(a) 3 HP to 5 HP Pump

(b) 7.5 HP to 10 HP Pump

Supply and fixing in repair power assembly expansion valve for 75 TR capacity at Sh Harrier Simulator and TU hanger AC plant as per sample and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair power assembly expansion valve for 49.5 TR capacity at ATC and ADR AC plant as per sample and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair power assembly expansion valve for 12.5 TR capacity at AL/AR AC plant as per sample and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Suuply and fix of V-belt of size B-101 .

Taking out old and unserviceable PVC fins of cooling tower of any capacity AC plant and replacing with new one including setting complete.

Supply and fixing in repair fabricated micro filter upto 90 micron made out of GI channel frame overall size 610 mm x 610 mm x 50 mm including nylon micro filter and wire mesh covered front and back all as per sample given including taking down old micro filter

Supply only Pressure Gauge upto 300psi (100mm) all as directed

M & L for replacement of tarpaulim canvas cloth connecting the air outlet and main duct of AHU as per existing size and thickness inclusing provision of chain with Zip for taking Wet/ Dry Bulb reading, angle iron complete, including taking out unserviceable as directed

S & F in repairs Thermal over load relay 2.5 to 9 Amp.

Dismantling carefully and removing of old U/S compressor's sealed unit of upto 12.5 Ton capacity from any type Air conditioner and supply anf fix new sealed unit of same capacity complete with all standard accessories as per exisiting AC plant. Note:- Sealed unit shall be purchased from authorised dealers/agents

Rewiring of all electrical controls inclsuing Micro- processor, electric contractor, supply and fix in replacement of auxiliay contractor for one of central AC plantlpackage type AC plant of any capacity all as directed

S & F in repiars of Thermostatic Expansion Valve assembly complete Model : MVE series suitable for gas R-22 or R-407 of all as directed

Dismanting of damaged cooling coil of 5TR to 20 TR AC plantcapacity and repairing of coling coil to distributor and nrow paralleled 5/16 size and from distributor to expansion valve and room expansion value to compressor suction line with 11/8" size of coopwer pipe including following items :- (a) Expansion valve 5 TR- 02 Nos (b) Distributor - 02 Nos (c) Filter drier 5/8x5/8-02 Nos (d) Hand shut off value 5/8"-02Nos

All as per item No 79 above but 20 TR to 75 TR AC plant .

S & F in reapairs DOL starter suitable for 5HP TO 10HP motor MK-1 complete with over load relay, single phasing preventer under volt release etc all as directed.

Charges for attending break down of AC plant of 5 TR to 25 TR capacity by only auth OEM rep / team for fault finding incl attending repairs as and when required such as No start condition of AC plant and repairing, starting the AC plant till smooth running and setting up the alighnment/required paramenters of all major parts such as fan belt, compressor, gas charge, cooling tower, power contactor, starter, MCCBs, Micro processor based control panel, pumps etc as required in ground/as ordered by EIC all as directed. (The payment for the above shall be made to Contractors after submitting the original invoice only)

Ditto all as per item No 82 here in before but of AC plant capacity 25 TR to 75 TR.

BUTTERFLY VALVE: Suply, installation, testing and commissioning of wafer type PN 1.6 rated short pattern CI butterfly valve having Gr. FG-200 CI body conforming to IS 210: 2009, seat having EPDM rubber lining, CF 8 stainless steel disc, AISI- 410 stainless steel stem, 2.4 MPa body test pressure & 1.6 MPa seat test pressure and standard flange end conforming to BS 10 Table D/E & ANSI B 16.1 CI- 125 with necessary accessories including dismantling of existing old one complete all as specified and directed.
