Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out as in soft/loose soil ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying cables and getting out in soft/loose soil and in road cutting ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing exacavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metres above the starting point etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for broken Stone Hardcore of gauge not exceeeding 63 mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers not exceeeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Chrage.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete , sub base of floors , surfaces made even & fair ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors/hard standing (Floors/ hard standing shall be laid in alternative bays ) , finished the surfaces even , fair and by brooming without using extra cement , including use and waste of side form work for laying pavement concrete/hard-standing in bays between joints ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for providing & marking lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement and the like with 2.5mm (minimum ) thick hot thermoplastic paint (Retro reflective Type) of any width (Using thermoplastic compound white paint hot applied including glass with machine confirming to BS3262 and according to the specification laid down IRC & MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport & Highways) specification 2012) in white/yellow shade by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe gun beads dispenser propane tank, heater and profile shoe heater driven by skilled operator on road surfaces ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of 12.5 Meters motorised highmast system with crane and accessories along with complete material with BSEN10025 steel plate average 70 microns hot dip galvanised internally and externally 12 sided polygonal base dia 300mm and top dia 150mm base flanch dia 520mm 3mm thickness, 2 pieced pole, 6 Nos. foundation bolts steel wire rope of 6mm dia, 180Km/s wind speed design with 06 Nos. 250W led flood light with greater than 25500 lumens light output additional individual 5 KV surge protection inside fitting and over and above 4 KV inbuilt driver surge protector IP-66 protection power factor 0.95 THD less than 10% potted driver with ROHS compliance, U, ENEC, CE marking certifications driver efficiency>90% power 120-270 V AC 50Hz each LED shall have individual peanut lenses. Make : High mast :- CG model No.HM-111 25B-ACC, LED LIGHT : CG Model No.LFLPI-250-CDL/60-M or equivalent make of BAJAJ / SURYA as approved by the GE , with and including excavation & earth work , PCC sub base, RCC foundation with reinficement for high mast light as per OEM drawing ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & fixing Twin dome LED aviation obstruction light with IP65 protection Cat No.GLN 704 of CG or equivalent make of BAJAJ / SURYA as approved by the GE ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & laying in trenches/drawn through pipes or in road crossing/paths/drains/along poles etc, of XLPE insulated, armoured with multistranded aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS-7098 Part-I (1998), heavy duty (LT UG cable) conforming to IS-1554, 1100 Volts grade of size 35 sqmm 3½ core nominal cross sectional area including connecting up using suitable size double compression copper gland, testing and commissioning ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. NOTE: Excavation, earthwork & cable protection etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply & laying in trenches/drawn through pipes or in road crossing/paths/drains/along poles etc, of XLPE insulated, armoured with multistranded aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS-7098 Part-I (1998), heavy duty (LT UG cable) conforming to IS-1554, 1100 Volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4 core nominal cross sectional area including connecting up using suitable size double compression copper gland, testing and commissioning ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. NOTE: Excavation, earthwork & cable protection etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply & laying double wall corrugated (DWC) high density poly ethylene (HDPE) of size 50mm dia including all necessary fittings, PN-4 rating, pressure 6 Kgf/cm², conforming to IS-16205 (Part-24) with high ring stiffness & cursh resistance capacity, etc., laid in trench for protection of submersible flat cable ; Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Material & Labour in repairs earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5metres below normal ground level, connected to GI strip of size 25 x 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board/LT feeder panel including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in alternate layers with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit made of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm bore up to 7.5metres length from earth electrode including testing complete all as specified and directed NOTE: (i) Earth lead and protection pipe beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and Paid separately. (ii) On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.
