Dismanting/Disconnect of unserviceable LT panel board and shifting to new location, refixing, testing complete including all MCCBs under ground cables with necessary copper control wiring, cable gland lugs etc and remove rusted paint and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken stone or boulders hardcore og gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exe. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface for surrounding of trasformers/VCBs complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs MCCB 100 Amps 3 Pole, fixed type, 415 Volts, 25 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs MCCB 100 Amps 4 Pole, fixed type, 415 Volts, 25 KA including suitable sheet metal enclouser complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs and overhauling of Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) 3/4 pole, 415 Volt, upto 1200 Amp with thermal magnetic release by replacement of worn out parts and cleaning the complete ACB and testing the same after repair for smooth functioning etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair power capacitor bank 10KVAR, 3Ph, 415V all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of GI bolts nuts, check nuts and washers etc all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part 01 1996 including earth work PCC pit with cover, funnel with watering pipe, wire mesh and GI protection pipe light grade all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 Cms.

Removal of excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply and spreading sand in trenches as cushioning to under ground cable on top and bottom of cable all as specified.

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type I flat of size 250 x 150mm 40mm.

M& L for cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate for road finishing / foundation etc.

Material and labour for finding faults (any number in one running length) of LT under ground cables of size upto 185 sqmm by using computerised / primary current injection method /any other method and locating fault .Cutting removing the faulty portion of the cable and jointing with suitable cable joint and testing after jointing all as required and directed at sitefor the following sizes. Note:-(i) Excavation earth work sand cushioning PCC cover etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule here in after.(ii) Cable joint will be measured and paid separately.(iii) Additional length of cable required at site for jointing will be measured and paid separately

Disconnecting the incoming and out going cable connection and dismantling the unserviceable meters and meter board and removing from site for further disposal. Design fabricating supplying and fixing indoor type vermin and weatherproof totally enclosed cubical type front operated, sufficient ventilation on sides cubicle type fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted epoxy powder coated Siemens grey colour and with industrial type built in locking arrangement. The panel shall be factory made from a reputed panel fabricators (CPRI approved manufacturers). The panel shall be wall mounting type and to be fixed on wall with all necessary fixing arrangements complete. The panel to be prewired with PVC insulated copper conductors for monitors and heat shrinkable PVC insulated copper strips of appropriate current carrying capacity for connecting the incoming and out going MCCB and MCBs.
