Clearing medium jungle and trees upto 15cm girth including cutting uprooting roots and stumps, removing them from the site of the work etc. complete as directed ( When 30% to 60% of the area is covered by shrubs trees etc)

Earth work in bank trimming to the designed section/slope including removing the soils and depositing on bank/toe of embankment as directed by the department including clearing light jungles, debris and other foreign materials etc. with all lead & lifts complete as directed.

Earth work in embankment by truck carriage in ordinary/normal soil excluding sandy and rocky soil free from roots & vegetaiion and fllling in uniform layers not exceeding 22cm thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debries,breaking clods up to 2.5cm cube, dressing as per design section including payment of forest roylty if any, etc.complete as directed (10% deduction will be made from the section measured quantities of the completed and compacted on account of shrinkage) For initial lead beyond 6 Km and up to 8 Km and for all lifts.

Earthwork in excavation in foundation of filter drains in all kinds of soil to the designed section and level along the river bank, slope including depositing the spirits in safe distance and with all leads and lifts complete as directed.

Collection and supply of brick bats 10-40 mm size to work site including loading unloading transportation and stacking in measurable stacks including paying sale tax and compensation if any etc. complete as directed.

Local carriage of brick bats, boulders, matel, gravel etc from the approachable site beyond 150 m and upto 3.00 KM from the won site including loading from stack and unloading at work site with 10 ton capacity truck supplying P.O.L. etc. complete as directed.

Supply of Galvanize Wirenetting sheet made of 8G wire of 152 mm square mesh in sheet overall size 2.57 x 1.66m with longitudinal wire as 152 mm centre and 76mm projection of each wire on all side beyond the size of 2.42 x 1.51m having knots of size 12G wire at every joint including unloading and stacking properly complete as directed.

Labour for spreading / filling the inverted drain by brick bats 10-40 mm size to the designed section and levels including local carriage of materials from a distance of 150 m complete as directed .

Stitching of Bags should be Ring Spun Yarn stitches with 2500-3000 denier double line chain stitch with overlap with stitches along the edge @ minimum 15 stitches per 100 mm. (Bags are to be supplied of 100 numbers or part in a bundle, properly packed with name of Manufacturer and Batch Number is to be marked on each bag with “WRD Govt. of ASSAM” to be printed on each bag and mentioning properly the GSM and type of Geo bag polymer. Test Certificate from approved NABL accredited and ISO Certified Laboratory should invariably be submitted against each batch of material)

Filling and laying of Geo bags of size 1.03m x 0.70m including excavation of specified silt from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site filling geo bags with sand wetghing 126.00 Kg after filling stitching the mouth of the filled bags with poly propylene or polyester thread by power driven double needle machine. Stacking the same in batches of 100 carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150m and laying proper in cages made of wire netting sheets of size 2.57 x 1.66 m of 8G Galvanized Wire making the cage from 2 Nos. of wire netting by tying the projected wires complete as directed. (Geo bag, W.N. Sheets and poly propylene / polyester thread will be supplied by the deptt. Free of cost) Without Boat.

Providing and laying and pitching moist mortar filled empty cement bags @ 0.028m3/bags on trimmed river slope including preparing the moist cement morter ( 1 : 3) filling and stitching the mouth with nylon / plastic thread including preparing seat of bags complete as directed for initial lead upto 30.00 M.

Construction of temp shed of two roof with mud plinth of 0.45 m height above ground level with bhaluka bamboo post 1.50 m apart driven at atleat 0.75m below groung and height above plinth 2.50 splite jati banboo wall mud plastering whitewashing two coats 10cm thick touch roofing over bamboo rua doors and windows with bamboo chatai strengthening with bamboo frame binding with wire etc complete as directed

Supply of Sewing Thread/Yarn PPMF Stitching Tread (2000 Den. Kaplon) i/c payment of taxes.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards of size 1.22m X 0.76 m made up of 4mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type -IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC: 67-2001 pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets@ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures,mounted and fixed with 2 nos. of 900mm thick pipe vertical post (AISI 202 Grade) of length 3750mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30cmx30cmx30cm etc. cpmplete,. amd including making holes in pipes, angle flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical post to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of eproxy paint over and including appropriate prming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer in-charge.
