Work Services for rescue operation of electrical operated passenger lifts of make : Johnson of capacity 8 passenger (544 KGS) -11 Nos and 13 Passenger (884 Kgs) - 11 nos, installed at AGV Complex Ahirwan, Air Force Station Chakeri, Kanpur round the clock to be operated in three shifts, 1st shifts 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 2nd shifts 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 3rd shift 2200 hrs to 0600hrs including Sunday and holiday with following Staff:- FOR BLOCK NO. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L (in THREE SHIFTS) (i) Rescue operator (skilled labour) - one operator per shift (ii) Level of building - G+10 = 09 Towers, G+8 = 02 Towers.

Maintenance and opertaion of standby DG Set 180 KVA - 02 Nos installed at AGV Complex Ahirwan, Air Force Station Chakeri, Kanpur round the clock for operation of lift in three shifts 1st shifts 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 2nd shifts 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 3rd shift 2200 hrs to 0600hrs including Sundays and holidays with following Staff:- (i) DG Set Operator (skilled labour) - one operator per shift

Maintenance and opertaion of standby DG Set installed at Technical Area, Air Force Station Chakeri, Kanpur round the clock for perimeter security lights in two shifts 1st shifts 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs, 2nd shifts 2400 hrs to 0800 hrs including Sundays and holidays with following Staff:- (i) DG Set Operator (skilled labour) - one operator per shift NOTE FOR SRL ITEM NO:-1.00 to 3.00 : (a) A skilled rescue operator cum mechanic shall be having ITI cetificate and minimum 03 Years experience in the trade and having sound knowledge about lifts mechanism/ DG set and its functional operation. The certificate of qualification and supporting documents of experience shall be provided by the contractor before starting the operation for approval of AGE/GE. If not provided it will be treated as absent. (b) The operators have to act quickly in case of hearing alarm from any person stuckup inside operational lifts of Block A to F and rescue them out of the lift immediately. He should also immedeately inform the concerned JE/AGE or else, suitable peanal action wiil be liable. The quoted rate should be inclusive of material & labour required for repair minor defects, the decision of GE on which shall be final & binding. Penality of Rs 2000.00 per lift per day shall be imposed if not carriying out such work when after directed by concerned. (c) After the person is taken out of the lift the rescuer should be responsible to identify the defect occured in lift, rectifying the defects for smooth operation and making the lift for smooth operational use. (d) Every rescue operator should be in proper uniform i.e., Trouser, Shirt,Cap, Belt, black leather shoe's etc. as decided by Engineer-in-Charge. Operator shall always be present in proper approved unifor. If operator found without uniform the penality @ Rs 200.00 per day, per shift, per person shall be imposed on the contractor. (e) He shall be in possession with an temporary ID card duly signed by GE. (f) T&P required such as spanner set, Wrench,Screw Driver Set, testing lamp, de-locking key & Fist Aid Box, communication system, search lights etc provided by the contractor in each shift. If not found penality @ 500/- per day per operator shall be imposed on the contractor. (g) The firm /contractor shall be solely responsible to his represetatives/operators/personnel for any accident/damage during operation of lift/ DG set or maintenance / health related liabilities/compensation/ penalty etc. The department will not entertain any claim, compensation , penalty etc on this account and shall have no liability in this regard. (h) If contractor or his authorised representative fails to attned complaint within 30 minutes a penalty of Rs 500 /- per hour per complaints will be recovered from payment upto a max of Rs 5000.00 per complaint per day. (j) Rescue Opertaor shall always be present in each shift. In case of absece of operator the penalty of twice per day per shift of quoted rate shall be imposed on the contractor. (k) The contractor shall carry out the routine cleaning of the machine room/ DG set room, elevator cabin and DG set surrounding area. If elevator cabin, DG set & equipment found dirty the penality @ 250.00 per day shall be imposed on the contractor.

Supply, laying jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE insulated armoured LT 1100 volt grades heavy duty with aluminium stranded conductor cable passing through pipes, in duct, wall on poles, in trenches etc size of cable 25 Sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells / Universal / Polycab /Grandlay Note:- The rate of termination and connecting of cable including provinding suitable size and nos of lugs by crimping as directed and specified shall be deemed to be included in the item rate.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for fixing pole/stay assembly and laying/taking out cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc. 50 m and dispositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as speicified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of UG cables (8cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) complete all as speicified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

M&L for fly ash bricks for protection cover to under ground cable with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as speicified and directed. .

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of 12 W recessed mounted down light with non intigrated driver for car cabin complete all as speicified and directed. Make : Bajaj / CG / Phillips / Havells

S&F in replacement LED Aviation light of die-cast aluminum housing with red polycarbonate dome, integral driver with ingress protection IP-65, and voltage range 100-270V AC grade including 1 Mtr long GI pipe medium grade of suitable size with fixing arrengement complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Bajaj (cat part No- BGAV 302 LED) / Philips / Wipro / Havells

S&F in replacement PVC insulated wire copper conductor 3 core 1.5 Sqmm connected with aviation light to MCB DBs fixing with saddle complete all as speicified and directed. Make:- Havells / Universal / Polycab /Grandlay

S&F in replacement SPN, DBs for MCB complete with SPN MCB 6 Amp, 10KA, 240V complete all as speicified and directed. Make :- L&T/Legrand/ABB /Schneider

Supply and topup distilled water in the battery and DG set radiator upto marked level complete all as speicified and directed.

S&F in replacement of battery lead connector suitable for 180AH battery complete all as speicified and directed.

Supply and apply petrolium jelly on the battery terminal complete all as speicified and directed.

Supply and top up coolent in DG set rediator upto marked level complete all as directed.
