SCHEDULE 'A' B/R Works

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil not exc 0.50 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm including removing of surplus spoil to a distance not exceed 50 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) as in fencing posts Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality B, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires/bars, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Supply only chain link fencing and line wire/round bars shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule (ii) Labour for cut to length, bent to shape as required including bending, cranking etc of round bars shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) Machine made screw nut bolt shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of this Schedule as supply only but labour for fixing shall be included in this item.

Supply only galvanised mild steel chain link fencing, 4mm dia galvanised mild steel wire and mesh size 100mm x 100mm (spacing), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The weight of chain link fencing shall be measured as per findings of BOO to be ordered and concured by Accepting Officer.

Supply and fixing mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling for bolting or rivetting and welding etc. and similar works conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Flat iron for securing wire mesh is to be measured in this item.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, bed block, for embedded fencing posts & similar work etc including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5mm to 10mm dia neck, length of bolt exceeding 10cm but not exxceeding 15cm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with 3mm thick washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply only 10mm dia round bar as in line wire for fixing chain link fencing confirming to IS-410-0 or 310-0 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of hard standing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, ramp, hard standing, paving/path etc, and surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing 3mm thick, 38mm wide glass dividing strips inserted in position to the required design/ pattern complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Supply & fixing Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Supply & fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Supply & fixing Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.11611979 grade St.-240, Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other means, and preparing the surfaces smooth by applying white cement based putty to make the surface even and smooth by using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (washable), as approved tint/colour by using paint roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, for taking out old pipe and laying new pipe line, for laying cable etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick damp proof course in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary form work and including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 250 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers., lintels, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to better rough finished flat complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Form work to sides of pillars , posts, struts piers, columns and stanchions and similar works rough finished complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose)

Supply and fixing anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size of grid 605 x605mm for false ceiling including necessary notching and prepared holes, the snap grid shall consist of anodised aluminium main tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/RM, cross and Intermediate tee of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm weighing 0.191 Kg/RM. The main and cross tee shall be jointed at junction with steel screws or MS bolts, nuts and washers, the snap grid (main / cross tee sections) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with anodised aluminium angle of size 35mm x25mmx 2mm weighing 0.36 Kg/RM fixed to wall with suitable arrangement and duly suspended with 4mm GI wire hangers (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including providing 12mm thick gypsum board in grid fixed in false ceiling grid made of aluminium as per above specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete including fabrication as directed, including hold fast, locking arrangement, sliding door bolt, stopper etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members weight per Sqm not exc. 4 Kg, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil including cutting of grass, roots, bushes if any and filling of lower portion with soil obtained from cutting and dressing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only fine sand without silt (Fazilka/Zera or any other approved sources) for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 80 mm thick (M40 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and pigment, prepolished & preglazed, shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 400 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface, around interlocking, back filling of PS chowkhats/frame and in bed blocks to hold fast & similar work etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of hard standing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC ( 1:3:6), type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : - (i) Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only.

Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two panels as approved), 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel inserts of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, including 2nd class soft wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5mm on one side and also fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Supply & fixing 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as flat roof slabs, floor slabs, shelf slab, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) rough finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

SCHEDULE 'A' ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and laying XLPE LT Cable of size 16 Sqmm, 2 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip or wire and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.)

Supply and filling Local sand cushioning , with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick to the authorized width as per SSR–Part-I before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- For measurement purpose puned thickness shall be measured and paid i.e 18cm.)

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing/laying GI tubing, light grade, 40 mm bore for protection of cable or earthing lead wire under hardstanding/fixed along poles/wall, laid in in trenches etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of twin core copper cable multistranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm on pole from junction box to light fitting with fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing junction box made of PVC non-metalic of size 25 x 20 x 10cm with copper bus bar of size 20 x 3mm, three phase and earth neutral link bar including provn of MCB 6 Amps 10 KA and mounting arrangement alongwith cable entry in or out, for fixing on pole with mounting clamps, nut, bolt & washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Flame proof Point wiring using approved colour code as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits) with multistrand copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, ZHFR cable 1100 Volts grade ISI marked drawn in concealed mild steel conduit/ pressed steel sunken box including outer sheet and fixed concealed, covered etc. including multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core ZHFR cable as earth continiuty conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete for one light point controlled by one flame proof rotary switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Rotary switch deemed to be measured and paid seperatly in respective items of schedule. Make:- Finolex / Havells / Polycab / RPG.

Material and labour of switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole, 250 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing (concealed in wall or as directed) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet) SPN, 04 Way 230/240V, double door, earth bar, copper bus bar and neutral link, protection class IP-43 suitable for mounting MCB/Isolator, conforming to IS-8623, BS-5484 dust and vermin proof and including making good disturbed surfaces of walls as necessaty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- MCB’s shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 32 Amps, 230/240 volts AC supply, rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB ‘C’ curve suitable for 240 volts AC supply, 06 to 32 Amps, SP with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI wire 4 mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e. 7.5m min) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover and (including steel for cover) PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary form work, excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part – I) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
