Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc. 25 cm complete in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar(1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for hard core with broken stone aggregate of gauge n.exc 63 mm ,deposited,spread,levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick ,watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour cement concrete type B2 ,1:2:4 ( 40 mm graded aggregate) of thickness 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel work in tubular trusse1161-1979 grade St-240 including specidal shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted coloured galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/Semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified etc completed all as specified.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ist grde quality)over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class 'A' designation 75 complete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Tubes, ' light grade', galvanised, with all fiting; laid in trenches complete of size 40 mm dia complete as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core cmplete as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated multistranded FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC casing and caping medium grade minimum 20 mm dia ISI marked and Casing Caping accessories fixed on recesses of wall/ceiling/roof and chisseling on wall complete and making good the distributed surface of wall /ceiling by cement mortar 1:4 including painting to existing surfaces etc with sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal boxes made out pf 1.2 mm MS sheet, 3mm thick Module top cover for mounting of modular fittings, switches, sockets outlets, regulators etc and provisining of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for the following :-

One light/Ceiling/exhaust Fan point controlled by one one/way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switch complete all as specified and as directed.

One 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on independent board with cable of 1.5 sqmm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED Tubelight lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V,AC decorative box type with CRCA body precotaed white & pre wired for driver, holder connecting up with LED down rod three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including 1 x 22w LED tube Rod complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Modular socket 2/3 pin, 6 Amps,2 module 240 Volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite 65 x 50 mm three terminal 250/230 volts ISI marked.

Supply and fixing Factory made board distribution in sheet steel enclosure double door glazed with 200 Amps rated bus bar, SPN, 4 ways, 240 Volts suitable for housing MCBs.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, SPN, 240 volts, C Curve , 32 Amps 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, SP, 240 volts, 20-32 Amps 10 KA ,C Curve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SI Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 m. [ii].PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 15 mm bore light grade 7.5m complete all as specified and as directed.
