Dismantlng of Air blower and motor from the foundation after disconnect the electric supply by electrician and disconneting from the air line and dismantling of external parts one by one like suction silencer, suction filter, pressure gauge, water cooled line, removing of belt, belt guard and other parts after opening/cutting of all rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter. Taking out the blower by manual labour and required tripod chain pulley block and other tools & tackles as per site requirement.

Strengthening of foundation by re-casting of damaged portion of civil foundation with the help of civil matereial as required and welding of MS base frame on the broken joint, providing and fixing of supporting angle and channel for strengthening of base frame with complete labour charges for cutting, welding, grinding and finishing of bas frame. Providing & Fixing of MS studs (4 nos) of size 16mmX200mm includes nut with washer.

Repairing of driptap job i/c opening of head cover by cutting of wornout nut bolts and removing of all dust, solid sludge and other waste partical with the help of scrubbing tools and other tools & tackles. Providing and fixing of new mes with proper fitting by nut bolts and rubber packing. Maintaine the internal system by Providing and fixing of new SS bend with required SS pipe with the help of SS welding work as per site requirement.

Cleaning of suction and discharge silencer by removing of dust and maintane the interconnecting piping system for proper working by internal system. Replacement of new mes with frame and removing of old wornout stuck mes.

Replacement of GM ball valve of water cooled line.

Providing of nut bolts with washer.

Providing of rubber packing.

Replacement of complete water cooled line for 8 nos. blowers i/c the job dismantling of old wornout pipe line from air blowers after cutting of all “U” clamp and fixing the same new pipe line by proper fitting in the pump set and 8 nos. blowers by using of “U” clamp to holding the pipe line with proper fitting like socket, tee, union, nipple, elbow, safeda, dhaga etc. As per site requirement. Providing fixing of hose pipe in the blower to connect the water line by clamping system. Providing and fixing of water tank of 1000 ltr. with base foundation made by civil material. Including the charges for making the threading in pipe line and nipple.

Providing and fixing of new pump set with motor for water cooled system.Specification:-SP motor Coupled pump 2 HP model SP motor Coupled in MOC: CI – casing, CI- impeller, gland packing & size 50X50 mm duly Coupled with electric motor 2HP, 960 RPM 3PH. 415V TEFC.Including the charges of civil foundation and new studs grouted in the foundation.Make of pump:- Kirloskar/modi/DJB Approved.Make of motor:- Kirloskar/CG/DJB Approved.

Dismantling of air blower at the workshop by removing of all internal parts like helical gear, shaft with rooter, side plate, bearing, bearing plate, ring piston, bush and other parts as per job requirement.

Cleaning of blower from inner and outer side by using of kerosene oil. Removing of oil and oiling dust by scrubbing tools, emery paper and grinding.

Repairing of rotor shaft of blower by fixing/making of bearing seat on both side of shaft, making key way and threading for chucknut by complete machining work. Grinding/polishing of rooter as per job requirement.

Assembling of air blower on the workshop with its internal spare parts (provided by manufacture) on by one with proper alignment, oiling, greasing and making by oiling by required tools & tackles as per job requirement.

Fixing of repaired Air blower and motor on the foundation and connected with air line with its external parts like suction silencer, suction filter, pressure gauge, belt and other dismantled parts. The job includes making proper alignment with air line and motor to avoid the vibration and unnecessary sound.

Fabrication and fixing of damage portion of air line of 150mm. The job includes providing and fixing of MS flanges of 150mm, MS bend of 150mm with new pipe the job includes cutting, welding, grinding and finishing of complet job in all respect.

Repairing of NRV by providing and fixing of hinges pin and pressure “O” ring for flap movement and making the leakase proof of flapo.

Repairing of butter fly valve, fixing of rubber packing. Providing and fixing of pin in the flap.

Repairing of pannel by replacement of wiring, thimble and no- workable parts with complete work as per job requirement.

Transport charges for new supplied items from the company and our tools & tackles to & fro.

Painting & primer charge for completed work has been executed in our scope with one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint as per existing shade. Make of paint–Berger/Asian/neclossion/J & N.

Testing & commissioning of blowers on full load.
