Clearing and Grabbing road land including uprooting wild vegeration grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 i) By Mannual Mean (A) In area of Non thorney Jungle

Dressing & profiting the existin groad layer of the road from edge to edge of the carriageway, filling low spots and ravelled stretches by additional 8% of materials of WBM-III and screenin gmaterials for the whole surface, camberign, watering rolling with 8-10 vibratory roller to obtain specified compaction etc to obtain uniform surface with cross fall from the road centre line to the other edges of the existing road. Work to be carried out in accordance with MORTH specification section 300 an das directed by the deptt.

Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150mm by Mechanical Mean: Scarifying existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000m as Technical spefication clause 301.4

WBM Gradding 3: Using stone screening Tybe B 11.2mm for Gr-III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying an dbrooming, stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification clauses 405. (A) By Manual Means

Prime Coat Low Porosity: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification Clause 502

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg per swm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specification Clause 503.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete :Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tones per hour using crushed aggregate of specified gradding, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT & H cl. no. 508 complete in all respect. i) With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for Grading II (10mm nominal size)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compund 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes and conforming to the MoSHT & H specifications

Traffic Signs: A) Retro-reflectorised Traffic Signs: Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3. fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawings and technical specification clause 801 ii) 60 cm equilateral tringle

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three years (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60m dia holes, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/ sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backgilling the trenches watering, fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.
