Amount

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of under ground cable /foundation of poles/stays complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation should be carried out manually due to site constrain use of JCB shall not be feasible

All as per item No. 1 above, but depth exc 1.5m and not exc. 3.0 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick including watering and well ramming all as specified. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured.

Removal of surplus soil ( any type of soil obtained from excavation) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ new bricks, laid flat dry but jointed, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, filling in trenches, spreading, leveling sand cushioning 8 cm below cable and 15 cm above the cable punned down to 10 cm for under ground cable complete all as specified & directed . Note : Punned down sand will be considered for measurement

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass foundation of pole, for stay and coping including necessary form work where required and fair finishing to the exposed surfaces all as specified and directed.

All as per description of serial item No 7 here-in-before but PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of poles complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 :4 Type B1 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping, etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of copper wound step down transformer 1000 KVA , out door type complete with standard fittings, HT, 11 KV, 3 Phase, LT , 433 Volts, 4 wire with off load tapings on Primary side to vary secondary voltage (+5% to 10 %) instead of 2.5 % on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap charger gear 1000 KVA (BIS Level 3) (1180:2014) including bushing on HT side and LT side all as per IS 1180 (2014)complete all as specified and directed compring following :- a) Three Nos porcelain bushings HT 11 KV with brass bushings rods nuts and washer inside cable end box (b) One cable box LV side consisting of four nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washers with two nos cable gland suitable for 3.5 core 400 Sqmm LT U/G Cable (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level guage with transformer oil. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (e) Pressure relief explosion vent with diaphragm (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (g) Rating & diaphragm plate and terminal marking plate (h) The earthing terminal two Nos to facilitate fixing of earth strip (j) Oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete (k) Air relief valve plug (l) Drain cum sampling valve- 01 Nos (m) Filter valve with plug (n) Under base skid with flat uni-directional rollers (o) Neutral terminal brought out on Bare Porcelain separately, earthing terminals- 02 Nos (p) Buchholz relay, winding temperature indicator, oil temperature indicator, marshalling box (q) Contractor will take Pre order sample approval from authorised rep of Accepting officer or SEI from CEWC and arrange visit of company rep to give presentation to Engr in Charge before placing order. Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of Ring main unit one incoming two outgoing SF6 filled load break switch each of 11 KV ,3 phase, 50 Hz, 3 wire SF6 gas insulated 630 Amp rating having rupturing capacity 250 MVA conforming to IEC 6733/IEC 60694outdoor type earthed neutral, extensible IP 54 degree protection, outdoor free standing metal clad with suitable coupler and connecting incoming and outgoing 11 KV XLPE cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core including overload and earth fault protection ammeter voltmeter with suitable PCC foundation complete SF-6 ring main unit compriseing of the following (i) 01 Nos 630 Amp, rating rupturing capacity 250 MVA load break SF6 ring switches incoming tee off spring assissted rotating arc type. (ii) Outgoing-02 Nos SF6 Circuit breaker unit with self-actuating electronic over current relay live cable indicator, emergency tripping, push button and internal fault passage indicator with remote indication contacts, external flasher and current reading facility with LCD display (iii) The ring main unit must be with three position device (ON/OFF/Earth) (iv) The cable doors must be inerlocked with earth switch to ensure that cable compartment can be accessed only when switch is in earthed position Note :(a) Contractor will take Pre order sample approval from authorised rep of Accepting officer or SEI from CEWC and arrange visit of company rep to give presentation to Engr in Charge before placing order. (b) The contractor will produce purchase voucher of company, test certificate,mannual of the RMU and also arrange predispatch inspection (factory visit) of RMU by representative of accepting officer. (c) Suitable PCC platform according to design of RMU to be made by the Contractor. (d) The rate quoted shall deemed to be included the above factors. No claim what so ever will be entertained on this account at later stage. (e) RMU will be connected to 1000 KVA transformer as per IE rules/BIS standard and contractor is liable to give proper test report to Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Earthing with GI galvanized or steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate to a depth not lass than 1.5 metre below normal ground level covered on all sides with alternative layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15 cm thick connected to galvanized earth lead GI strip 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI light grade 50 mm bore from top of the earth plate electrode upto 5.0 metre and watering pipe 20 mm bore, GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 6 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion, including PCC earth pit (in PCC 1:3:6 type) C-2, C.I cover and CI frame,making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface upto 2 sqm around the earth pit complete with excavation and earth work etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I including testing on completion , earth resistance test report is required to be submitted to Engr-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 60cm x 60cmx 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connected to galvanised iron or steel, earth lead 4mm size by means of nuts, bolts check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 15mm bore, medium grade and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), pre-cast RCC cover slab 30 cm x 30 cm x 10 cm with one lifting handle made of 8 mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanised iron or steel pipe medium grade for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part- I and testing on completion , earth resistance test report is required to be submitted to Engr-in-charge. . (Concrete pit shall be 20 cm to 30 cm away from main pit).

Supply and erect Pre-stressed concrete poles 11 metre long 152mmx152mm at top and 152mmx260mm at bottom, class 9 erected in vertical position embedded in PCC foundation including painting with synthetic enamelled paint in alternate white and black strips each 30cm wide up to 1.5 Mtr height from top of coping including 4 pole & 2 pole structure shall be painted with black & white paint as per standard complete all as specified and directed. Note : Poles are to be painted before erecting 4 pole & 2 Pole structure

Supply, fabricating and fixing in replacement cross arms (any type) supports bracing, stiffeners, anti-climbing spikes etc made out of MS channel, angle iron, flat of any size including drilling of holes making of clamps including painting with two coat of red aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface to all steel and iron surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and install triple pole HT 11 KV outdoor gang operated air break switch of rating upto 200 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechanically operating from ground level vertical mounted rotating type complete with dropout fuse having 12 HT insulator on steel frame operating rod made out of 25 mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangement with insulators with dropout fuses fixed including taking out existing GO switch complete all as specified. Note : (clamps/cross arms shall be measured and paid for separately )

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts earthed grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm complete all as specified.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches or through pipe, duct or on poles of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator for UG HT Cable/ straight through joint indicator to be fixed at required places all as specified and directed. Note : Route indicator should be marked with red paint duly indicating "HT cable 11 KV incl plinth protection of route indicator with 30 cm height PCC"

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination , heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 185 Sqmm complete as specfied and directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for installation of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 10 KA including dismantling of existing lightening arrestor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on overhead electric lines and stretching the same with required span sag and binding the conductor with pin/shackle insulator and jumpers with aluminium binding wire not less than 2.00 mm dia complete all as specified and directed for any size.

Supply and fix disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145mm high and 225mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for working pressure 11000 Volts, conforming to IS-731 and IS-3188 including tension clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, 150 mm height and 150 mm dia pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white/brown/green, conforming to IS-2486 for 11000 Volts grade including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches in road cross/floor/pole for cable protection etc tube galvanised iron pipe light grade with all fittings of 100 mm dia bore complete all as specified.

PCC platform 3m x 3m x 1.2 m with chain link fence for mounting 1000 KVA transformer

M&L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8(40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 on walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting/priming on plastered surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 :4 Type B1 ( 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks, coping, etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 150mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement/hard-standing finished even and fair without using extra cement including necessary form work and to divide the area in panels complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes(or similar holes ) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum, and getting out, returning filing in and ramming earth with broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering etc and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface in loose/soft soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm Graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only GI chain link fencing of any size or type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Fixing only GI chain link fencing of any size or type including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or Square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long, dia of shank 10 to 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. using steel conformimg to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete including drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing including necessary cutting, drilling and welding etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
