Supply, Install, testing & commissioning of Silent type Diesel Engine Driven Generating set, 415 Volts, 125 KVA/100 KW, 3 Phase, 4 wired, 0.8 power factor, 50Hzs, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated with brushless excitation screen protected drip proof IP23 enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Pune fully wired Alternantor AC for output of 125 KVA continuously directly coupled with diesel engine water/liquid cooled, mounted on common base frame complete with acoustic enclosure (canopy) with CPCB-IV norms, fuel line & accessories, control panel showing standard parameters of Engine and Alternator, AMF Panel with control cable of suitable Amps as per DG set Capacity, exhaust pipe, fuel tank, anti vibration pads and other standard accessories, conforming to ISO -8528, IS 10002, BS-5514, IS-4722, 13364, BS EN 60034-I, PCC foundation work as per manufacturers instructions including excavation and earth work or demolition of existing foundation as per site requirement, and comprising of the following, complete all as specified and directed.

(A) Alternator : Standard design alternator rated capacity of 125 KVA/100 KW net out put at site after considering derating as per site condition at 0.8 (lagging)power factor,AC, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated with brushless excitation screen protected drip proof IP23 enclosure, brushless design with windings in pole faces, insulation class 'H' , Temp rise class - 'H" and Voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from No load to Full load,directly coupled with diesel engine through flexible coupling. The Alternator shall be suitable for tropical climate and shall conform to IS- 4722 , 13364 and BS EN60034-1 as amended upto date and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 1% tolerance. (B) Diesel Engine : Adequate capacity of Diesel Engine as accepted by the accepting Officer based on OEM's technical details Water/liqiud cooled Diesel Engine to drive independently above the alternator cap and after considering derating as per site condition after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling, Common Rail Direct injection(CDRi), cold starting 1500RPM, 4 stroke, 6 cylinder (inline), turbo charged to deliver suitable BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS-5514 and conforming to IS 10002 and ISO-8528, the engine is prime rated with 10% over load capacity for one hour in any 12 continuous hours of operation. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangments and shall give the electrical out put of 125 KVA at 0.8 power factor, 415 volts including standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation. The accessories comprising of following: -

(i) Radiator with blower fan including guard. (ii) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping. (iii) Corrossion in-hibitor coolant. (iv) Paper element filters for fuel, Lube oil, Bypass. (v) Fly wheel housing and flywheel. (vi) Engine bearing mechanism in flywheel housing. (vii) Flexible coupling. (viii) Dry type air cleaners. (ix) Residential silencer. (x) Stainless Steel exhust flexible bellows. (xi) Vaccum Indicators. (xii) Electric starter. (xiii) 12V Battery 150 AH Cap with Copper lead, Lugs and charging indicator (xiv) Exhaust piping made out of heavy duty mild steel pipe 'C' class of length 3.5 metres above the building height (height of the building + 3.5 metre) or as per recommendations of OEM to meet CPCB-IV as norms inclusive of all accessories and hardware, neccessary support steel structure stack including mineral wool insulation 2 inch thick suitable for 400 degree celcius temperature cladded with aluminium sheet for the entire length of exhaust pipe. (xv) Exhaust gas driven turbo charger and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank of optimized capacity. (xvi) Fuel Injection eqpt with Electronic governor. (xvii) First fill lube oil, coolant and diesel during commissioning & testing.

(xviii) Acoustic Enclosure shall be Powder Coated after pre-treatment Process, Outer body and door made of CRCA sheet of 1.6mm thick, base frame painted with epoxy based black shade sound insulation 100mm thick rockwool (64kg/cum), illuminated with suitable cap LED lamp fitting with switch complete as recommended by OEM suitable for above mentioned DG Cap. (xix) NAL Approved as per CPCB-IV Norms. (xx) Batteries and Control Panel shall be inside the enclosure. (xxi) External Emergency stop push button. (xxii) The Noise level shall be 75dB Max at 1 meter under free field condition. (xxiii) Specification & Drawings for PCC foundation as recommended by OEM to be provided by the contractor within above quoted rate. (xxiv) MS Exhaust pipe 100mm

NOTES : (Quoted Rate shall deemed to include following and nothing extra shall be payble to the contractor) :- (a) The DIESEL OIL, LUB OIL etc. for smooth functioning of DG SET during PH-I& PH-II tests. (b) Complete testing and full tank filling of DIESEL OIL after PH-I & PH-II testing, topping of LUB OIL etc including testing arrangement, resistive load, required for commissioning and testing of DG set. (c) Standby fuel tank of capacity 500 Litre made out of MS Sheet 2mm thick mounted on angle iron stand duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed. (d) Necessary civil work for foundation as per drawings of OEM. (e) Necessary fabrication work & welding work reqd to complete the exhaust system. (f) The Contractor quoated rate shall also deemed to be inclusive for all parameters and as per CPCB guidelines and as per Ministry of Environment amended as per time to time.

M & L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earth strip protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 50mm dia including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick RCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/sqm) and frame made out in MS angle iron of size 25mmx25mmx3mm with lugs 02 Nos and with MS handle made in 6mm dia round bar made to shape, including GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering, perforated at bottom 1.75m long placed on top edge of earth plate including provision of mixture of charcoal dust & common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate, test point made out of phosphorus bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I 2009 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-GI strip 32 x 6mm and GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade for encasing GI strip beyond 7.50m length per earthing if so required at site shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and lay in replacement of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 3 ½ core complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth and getting out in for foundation of pole, stay, laying of cable and pipe etc in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excated material a distance not exc 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of 120 mm outer dia, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe confirming to IS-16205 Pt-24 with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings i.e.coupler,Tee, elbow clamp for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in replacement including testing and commissioning LT Feeder Panel weather proof outdoor type double door, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 (Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The panel shall be fabricated by CPRI approved manufacturer (To be approved by GE). The panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, front side double door type with locking arrangement for front side and nut bolt fitting for back side, comprising of gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and ventilation arrangement for heat dissipation from both side of panel. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars, electrolytic grade of 1.6 times of incoming switch gear of current rating. The busbars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & Black colour coding. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in dedicated compartment all as directed by EIC.

The panel shall be prewired with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size properly tagged and secured. All joints and connection shall be done with galvanized or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers including Lugs etc. The panel shall be provided with digital multifunction meter 4410 Series, Accuracy Class 1 with RS 485 Parameters with cast Resign CTs and RYB, ON, OFF & Trip LED indicating lamps at incoming. The panel shall be showing the arrangements of circuit shall be pasted inside the panel door and covered with transparent laminated plastic sheet. The panel shall be provided with manufacturer's name plate, skull & bones danger notice board etc. The panel shall be provided with 4 Nos 50x50x6mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 1.0 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 at suitable depth as per site requirement. All MCCBs shall be provided with spreader links with phase separators on both sided and suitable extended rotary handles for incoming MCCB complete all as specified and as directed. The overall size of the panel shall not less than 1800mmX300mmX1000mm (LxBxH). The panel shall be provided for Cable entry from bottom side for each Cable including 2 Nos of Earthing Terminals one on each side of the Panel with GI earth strip and including following accessories:-
