ONLINE OUTLET EFFLUENT WATER QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM- Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 250 KLD capacity STP for online (continuous) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the DNIT. a) Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent sensors Scope including 8 analog inputs/outputs (4 inputs and 4 outputs) (0/4-20Ma), wide-range power supply Optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range, for measurement in the outlet / effluent of 250 KLD capacity STP with integrated with automatic cleaning. b) Robust digital pH/ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in preamplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum). c) Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to the intelligent Sensor Net system. Cable length 100 meter (minimum) d) Data transfer to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED servers. e) Providing GSM 3G, 4G modem with mobile network connectivity.

CCTV CAMERAS : Providing and Installing 3 CCTV Cameras on STP Site complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge, within 96 hours of signing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 inch LED Screen, 8 Channel DVR at STP Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras shall be synchronized at STP site. At STP Site-1 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, 3 No. 12 mm lens size, 1 Nos. 3.6mm lens size. Make: CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5 MP WDR, Night vision color mode 2.4.2 12 mm very focal with extra IR, CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting execution of work and transfer of data to mandatory online portals with optical cable dedicated 5 G internet connection...

250 KLD- - Designing, Construction, Installation, commissioning of 250 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant with peak factor 3.00 Based on MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor Process) followed by ASP or MBBR (Moving bed Biological reactor) plus TTP with MGF/ACF or BNR (Biological Nutrient Removal Process) plus Filtration or SBR technology including Raw water sewage sump and pump, Sludge Dewatering all civil work, Electro Mechanical work including construction of Annexe building of size 20 sqm. with 4.50 M height with all electrical and instrumentation works. All the structure including the construction of platform of STP and Annexed building shall be 2 Mtr. Above ground level.

Operation and Maintenance cum defect Liability period for 6 Years after successful completion of 3 Months trial run period for complete scope of work mentioned in DNIT i.e. (STP components and sewerage network). The cost will be charged to Annual Maintenance estimate.
